I cannot say enough good things about ZTF and their incredible team. I recently experienced a frustrating and persistent cabin rattle that had baffled several other shops. After much searching, I found ZTF and was immediately impressed. Jamil, a long-time member of their team, took the time to truly understand the issue and, with his expert knowledge, quickly diagnosed the problem: loose screws in my transmission mount! This wasn't the first time ZTF has come to my rescue. On previous occasions, they've helped me navigate incorrect repair suggestions and inflated invoices from other shops. Each time, ZTF pinpointed the actual problem and provided a much more cost-effective solution. Their expertise is unparalleled, yet their pricing remains incredibly fair and honest. This is my go to place for work on my SQ5. They are honest and do a great job. They usually go the extra mile to help explain work that needs to be addressed in the short term as well monitor trouble areas for you. With each visit, they show you the history of the problem areas and give you an estimate of the useful life left of the part before a change or repair is required. There is no pressure. Just honest facts so definitely trust worthy folks. They also use genuine Audi parts so I am good with that.

I found ZTF on the HRE (wheels) website, as their local dealer and installer. I purchased the wheels from ZTF and they installed them for me. The experience, with Jamil, and Satoru (HRE), was top notch, from ordering to install. I waited there in their giant shared waiting room, also 1st class. Apparently one of their primary services is Audi service and modifications, but I just got the wheels. They cleaned the wheels and shined the tires. They also sent my "old" wheels up to their Fremont shop, closer to my house.

Again always a beyond wonderful experience at 034! Came in for some maintenance and left with some great insight on what needs to be worked on next. Jamil is always informative with photos provided by the techs which gives confidence in their attention to detail. Being an Audi & VW owner can be stressful trying to find a shop that correctly works on you vehicle. I’m comfortable being a repeat customer here. San Jose and Fremont locations consistently give great service!

I made an inquiry to install coilovers and "refresh" my suspension by replacing mounts, bushings, etc. Jamil (service advisor) is the only person (out of 10 other shops I messaged) that actually read the entirety of my email and suggested additional parts to be installed (that were actually helpful and not useless upsells). While I didn't end up getting work done with ZTF, I absolutely will in the future or recommend them to friends solely because Jamil was incredibly helpful.

Over the years I have had nothing but the best experiences in working with the folks at 034 Motorsport and ZTF Automotive. We have had several Audis that we've brought to them, most recently my S6 and 2003 RS6, and the service is always personable, thorough, and honest. I trust their work 100%. If you are in the SF Peninsula region, there is no better place to take your Audi.

Super helpful shop. I have not gotten service there but I called when doing my own install on parts and they gave me wonderful and helpful advice. If I was in CA I would use them whenever I need!

Great experience at ZTF, dropped my car off around 9am. Decided to stick around until car was finished. Was able to wait comfortably in the guest lobby wifi was available, fresh water and i believe coffee.
