Poor customer service. paid then to get one thing fixed and when it wasn't fixed and started leaking , wanted to charge me again just to look at it.

I brought my Dodge Caravan in for charging problems late Thursday afternoon. They identified the problem, fixed it completely and quickly, and for a very reasonable price. It was ready for me Friday morning. I've found my new mechanic.

The warranty on my mustang doesn’t cover minor issues so I’ve taken my car to Zoe on two different occasions. Both times he finished my car within the same day. He did an excellent job & saved me a ton of money so I didn’t have to deal with the dealership. He’s very knowledgeable & does great work.

My car starting vibrating badly today (Saturday) at 12:20 pm in Downtown Winter Haven. I was in a tough spot because I live in Ocoee which is over an hour away. I called Zoe Auto Repair and they saw me right away. They charged me a fair price and were very kind. My car was done by 2:00 pm! The car is running smoothly now and I made it back home. I'm thankful they were there when I needed them.

My dad’s car had a little fender bender and we were concerned since this is his only car. Since I don’t live in the area, I had no idea who to send it to. Having googled mechanics in the area, I came across Zoe and was immediately impressed by his 5.0 rating and the quality of his reviews. Let me tell you, he deserves them!! We had called around based on a couple recommendations and the first ones that showed up on google, but this was Friday on Father’s Day/long holiday weekend, so most everyone had checked out. The earliest anyone wanted to take the car was Monday and would have it back to us by end of the following week. When I called Zoe, and explained the situation with my father and how he would be stuck without a way to go, Zoe agreed to take the car that day, and would TRY to get it finished that same day. (No promises, but even Monday or Tuesday back would be better than anyone else) Also, I found out that not only does he do mechanic work, but also does body work as well. (Something the other shops didn’t offer) With AAA taking forever, he didn’t end up getting it till almost 4pm. At this point there was no way he was going to be able to get it done on Friday, so I expected to get it back either Monday or Tuesday. I was shocked when I got a text at 9:30pm with pictures of the finished work. HE HAD STAYED AND WORKED AFTER HOURS TILL ALMOST 10PM TO HELP MY DAD OUT!! I was absolutely shocked by this level of not just customer service, but kindness, this man displayed. Oh and one more thing, not only did he go FAR above and beyond anything I expected, but he also was the most reasonable, price-wise, of any of the ones I called. I will be referring anyone who will listen to Zoe’s Mechanic shop from here on out!! Thanks Zoe!!

He was the only mechanic that was able to get the tire that was stuck on my husband car, no other tire company couldn't do it and zoe had no problem and was done with it in no time at all. Highly recommended mechanic also cheapest price outta anywhere in Polk county. Really good people and get the job done and the prices are unbeatable. So call Zoe for any car issues that arise, because he wil definitely take care of you and your vehicle.

Zoe is hands down the best around! Great guy, and if possible, an even better mechanic! Pricing is affordable for his work he gets good prices on the parts and he gets things done. I don’t plan on ever taking my car anywhere else. He takes care of us and gets the job done every time

owner is a stand up guy!!! no-one showed or wanted to work on my truck but he had faith in it told me not to junk it...year of sitting and lots of parts later I have an almost new SUV.....2 weeks I plan on seeing hum for a front and rear brake job. this man is my god sent. its also impressive that what appears to be his son works along with him helping. . .....kudos to you all
