Before they sold the business when Victor was running this place I love it now you have a place that deceives you and runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week who are you guys kidding you might as well sell 60oz Big Gulps 😭

Never again will I take my vehicle there. Not only did they miss a number of issues during an inspection. They lied about it. They are dishonest and over charge. They quoted me almost $1500 for service that other reputable mechanics quoted $ 875 to $ 950. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) website. Wish I would have looked them up before going there.

Today was the second time we have used Zip Zap Auto. Wonderful customer service. Today I was lucky enough to get the Royal Treatment from Susan. Not only is Susan very kind, but also hilarious! I hope we don’t have any more car problems any time soon, but it’s nice to know exactly where to take our cars from now on. Thanks for the laughs Ms. Susan and thanks to all the employees for the help today.

Got my smog,oil and brakes done here. They got me in right away. One thing I have to say if you don’t know about cars careful coming here. They will try to charge you the max service option rather then present you with options. Oil and smog was $100 which is a little higher than I usually pay. Total was $870 for oil brake and 2 rotors 4 brakes
