Terrible experience.. Paid these guys $4000 to fix my bike, and they kept it for months.. Brought my bike back to NC and it was not fixed.. Still overheating and leaking coolant.. I would never recommend this place to any of my SC friends… I paid for new parts and got nothing but scammed out of my $$$..

Jason you are my Hero!!! Took my F150 in for a braking issue and Jason and his team spent the hours necessary to diagnose the problem! All new pads, rotors, and 2 new calipers later, and a bit of a bleeding issue but was immediately corrected! Beyond satisfied with the service with this shop! I will 100% be a returning customer! If your looking for an honest mechanic, and someone to put the time into your vehicle, you can't go wrong with this shop! Thank you again Jason!

So I wanted to genuinely give a good review to Zero Foxtrot Garage here in Summerville SC, but I had to make a few revisions to it. Jason Wathen (owner) has been nothing short of great to work with in person, but I would have appreciated better communication and timely repair. It’s a small business here and he has a limited staff, which I understand. Jason stays busy but his labor rate is great compared to any big time shop, which helped get me in the door. He’s upfront with the issues he is aware of and is okay with you trying to even bring in your own parts to save some cash, as long as you are knowledgeable about bringing the correct items. He worked on my moms old 2001 Bonneville and got it to top shape, and then I subsequently brought in a CoPart 2008 Pontiac G6 I have been working on for a bit. He handled the engine install for me, but was unaware that the 2007 and 2008 intake manifolds are slightly different and have a different MAP sensor, so he spliced on the 2007 model sensor to the 2008 wiring, which didn’t work. I got a junkyard manifold and sensor, swapped it in myself, and alleviated the code this issue made. He mentioned it had a radiator leak as well but it happened to be the trans cooler line, which I replaced along with the radiator per recommendation myself. The car also had a BCM issue that kept brake lamps illuminated. The problem kept the car on his lot here for a few months without successfully fixing it, but I took it to Charleston auto electric and it was resolved in 4 hours. The engine installed also has a chain noise now (hopefully not a $1300 timing chain replacement), but didn’t before install from the video provided by the selling car recycler, which I’m aware could have somehow happened by the transport, and the warranty has expired due to the long time it sat in his lot. He is good with the typical things, but vehicle specific work such as that you may need to do a bit of research on yourself and help out. He’s not a bad guy in my opinion, but I didn’t feel in the end that my car had a lot of focus on it given it didn’t even move position in the lot for over a month. Still, thank you though for everything.

An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold - Jason and his team are the best in town. Quality work done in a timely manner. Forget going to the dealership to have them read back some codes of things that COULD fix the issue. These guys have saved myself time and money - Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I was in dire need of a mechanic for my F150 and found ZFG through a google search. Needless to say the reviews I read did not disappoint! Jason was friendly when I walked in and scheduled me to drop my truck off the very next morning. I received a quote prior to any work being done and if there were any updates I was made aware and given the opportunity to either continue with new recommendations or get just what I came in for done. Great local mechanic team. Super helpful, fast service, and very accommodating. Im a mom of 3 and my ac stopped working mid-summer, and they ordered parts and fixed my compressor so quickly. I will recommend Zero Foxtrot to all my friends and I’ll be back for any future repairs!

ZFT installed new servo motors into my 5R55S transmission. The communication was excellent and they were able to fit me in quickly. They had the experience and equipment to handle my job. My Mustang is shifting well again thanks to the mechanics at ZFT. Highly recommend.
