I needed an oil change and I contacted Zappy's Auto Care. I got an appointment for the next day. Once I got there, the friendly man at the counter quickly took down and my information. I gave him the keys and waited in the very clean waiting room. The room offered coffee and bottled water at no charge. They quickly completed the oil change and returned the car to me. They took care not to get dirt or grease on my car. I paid less than I did at one of those 10 minute places!

Great customer service. I recently had manufacture defects on a set of tires that I purchased from Zappy’s back in April. They fixed the problem and made it right! Very pleased with the outcome and very happy they stand by their products. Ed was wonderful to work with and is a great asset to your business. Thank you.

Do NOT recommend going here for an E check I showed up at 4:42 PM only to be told sorry our E check machine close down at 4:30 PM! I had even called earlier in the day to inquire if I would need to make an appointment to get an E check and all they told me was no you just have to pull up and give your keys to them. I rushed here after work as fast as I could and because I got here 12 minutes apparently too late unable to get an E check and they were very rude about it!!! Skip this place!!!! Zero stars!!!

I've been going to zappy's for years and was very upset to find they put ZIP TIES on my vehicle! I went to put windshield washer fluid in my vehicle when I discovered it a month later! When I called to ask about their policy and as to why I was not informed about them breaking a piece of my vehicle he tried to put the blame on Walmart! (Little does he know I bought the tires from Walmart and was only picking them up!) Instead of answering my question he puts the blame on someone else. Very professional Eric!

My car had problems running smoothly with my dashboard lights flickering, power steering failing and my car starting and stopping. I have been going to Tuffy’s for years until their owner passed. Ed was able to help me out after I got the towed there. They diagnosed the problem as my battery when I thought it was going to be something a lot worse. The process from drop off to pick up was smooth. I will definitely be bringing my cars for other service!

These guys saved my car! My car was exceptionally noisy when I picked up any speed. Master Mechanic Corey spotted the problem in my rear differential. Unfortunately Ford is out of the part and has a months long backlog to get a new one. It also seemed like every secondary source for used parts was zeroed out. Ed, Eric and Corey did not give up until they found the part and replaced the bad one. My car sounds like it is brand new. They went over and beyond to keep this long time customer from having to get rid of a five year old car. THANKS!!
