I’ve been going to this place for years and so far so good but I truly feel the best time to go here is the weekends in the morning. Idk the last couple of times (during the week) they didn’t put air in my tires, small thing because the focus is the oil change but the full treatment spoils you. The young lady at the front desk (I don’t know her name) but she just relieved the one on the early shift….she’s great always- best customer service!!! Mechanics are informative and cool too- Thank you!!

Super unprofessional. I tried to pay with my debit card and the guy yelled “you don’t have $11” ? What type of customer service is that ? They take debit and had an attitude then tried to over charge me by $5 . I had to fight for a receipt and they only sprayed one side of my car because the rude worker was on his phone the whole time . Terrible experience overall

I paid $18 for my card to be washed. Can I honestly say that it didn't do so well? Usually a car wash cleans. Basically everything right? This car wash left me unsatisfied. I still found bird poop on my car. That was crazy. Then I would think you know somebody will be the one cleaning the car no. With the $18 Platinum you had to clean your own car I mean the inside vacuum it on your own.

Guys working are rude and obviously pocketing cash and charging different customers different amounts. Got the $11 basic he said I couldn’t use the vacuums it would be $18 if I did. $9 more to use the vacuums?? Avoid this place.

Fast service when getting your oil changed. They didn't suggest any extras which I was grateful for. They always try to get that "engine flush", especially as a female. Nahhhh, I'm good. I enough to know that's not a good idea. If you take care of your vehicle, all the extras are not needed.

The lowest listed price actually is not available. The sign outside says $11 but once you get in its $14 for small cars and $16 for larger cars, at the lowest. Their credit card machine mysteriously only works when the manager is there (mysterious). I was willing to let that slide cause that’s none of my business fr. I have been coming for months paying $16 for my crossover vehicle and vacuuming after with no problems until today when one employee informed me that it would be $18 to have a car wash with self service vacuuming. I questioned the price because, again, I’ve always paid $16 which is already steep for the area, the employee informed me that it has always been $18. Im not sure what kind of scam they’re running but it’s annoying. I won’t be going back to this location, just be forewarned that the prices are inconsistent and unpredictable. 2 Stars cause the car wash itself is average in terms of how effectively it washes.

Rude and grumpy men taking payments with broken debit card machines, but demanding cash like it was my fault...upon arrival! Second one did not clearly tell me when to put my SUV on neutral, and caught a damn attitude with himself, apparently! Never again!!!

Been coming here to get my car washed and today to get my oil changed. They were professional, incredibly transparent with pricing, were more than happy to let me take photos of the products used. I have a car that takes all synthetic and a special filter. They had everything and were very pleasant and more than happy to explain any questions I had. They added air to my tires, checked my other fluids. At payment time, Gave me a new customer discount and gave me instructions on a $15 rebate on my oil type purchased. I would recommend them with confidence.

Car left no cleaner than it was when I arrived. No interior service. You have to vacuum yourself with a platinum package. Good if you want to pay $18 to have your car rinsed with some soap and then air dry.

Owner or the boss who ever was there was very rude. Telling me I had to wait outside in the cold and was rude how he was saying as demanding me…..I close my hood and left with my car…
