La verdad no cumplen con las garantías yo le puse un motor a mi carro ahí y no sirvio y la garantía era por 3 años y no a resulto nada y ya tiene mi carro ahí 6 años y no contestan me bloquearon el número de telefono y se esconde cuando vas a buscarlo y si le hablas de otro número te contesta rápido pero después te lo bloquea también

The best mechanic in Huntsville, Mario was very nice when I talked to him about my car and was very helpful today I come back to see he can help me to change my car spark plugs but he so bussy I have to wait very nice the lady I talked to this morning!

I took my vehicle there, told me that they were going to check it and fix it, during the time of waiting, never got a call of the status of the vehicle, I would call them AMD they told me that they order the part which they didn't. It was three weeks that they kept the vehicle, I decided to pick it up. Upon arrival, they never order the part, and never fixed it. NEVER AGAIN ILL COME HERE, BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I've used Morton Automotive for years and have never had a problem with their service. I occasionally have to wait but it's worth it. Very nice people to deal with.

well my third round of repairs. I think these people are great mechanics. I like the way they tell you in advance the work needing done and the cost. They seem to take pride in the work they do. Lets face it car repair is not cheap so you want people like Morton;s staff working on your car. They are my choice. Bob L Huntsville

***DO NOT GO HERE!!!!**** MY CAR WAS SITTING THERE OVER A MONTH. WITHIN THAT MONTH, THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY TORE MY CAR APART. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND MY CAR WAS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION I LEFT IT. THEY CHARGED ME $200 FOR NOTHING. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY KEYS UNTIL I PAID HIM IN FULL. THE PLACE DID $200 + WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY IRATE AND HE WENT A GOT A HAMMER FOR MY BROTHER BECAUSE MY BROTHER REFUSED TO PAY $200. UNFORTUANTELY WE HAD TO PAY THE MONEY TO GET THE KEYS. THIS PLACE IS BAD BUSINESS. IF I COULD AFFORD A LAWYER I WOULD FILE A LAWSUIT ON HIS ASS.

I have used Morton exclusively for the last 5 years. The shop can be a bit on the slower side, but the owner is always up front about how long the repair should take. They are always busy, which should be an indication of the quality of work that they do. If you are looking for a quality work at a more than reasonable price, this is the place for you!

To everyone in the Huntsville area, my Mother went to Morton Automotive and was treated like crap. After 4 hours they had still not diagnosed her problem and when I called to ask about her car the owner told me if (because after extensive research I had an idea of what the problem was) told me if I knew what the problem was why didn't I fix it myself and then hung up on me. I never raised my voice... or was ugly and when I called back they told me they would put her car back together and only charge her for what they had done. I ask about their ad on the radio where they say if they can't fix it then they don't charge for what they have done(which was only diagnostic work). The owner hung up on me again, finished and out her car back together and sent her on her way (no charge and they didn't close her hood all the way)!!! Be forewarned don't use Morton Automotive on 75n.
