Generally unprofessional, as is typical of smaller shops. Nearly had my car fall off the lift and cracked my bumper. They were able to somewhat align my car so there is that, but I will not be returning here ever again. If you value your property, do not bring your vehicle here.

They had me wait for 30 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t help me. They are completely and utterly useless when it comes to talking/customer service. There was 4 people waiting just to have to end up leaving cause he “couldn’t help”. What a joke.

Took my money in results, the alignment on my SUV was worst than I took it in. I couldn't go back cause I had to leave for Vegas. My stearing wheel was shaking going 65 and up. I was desperately looking for a place between California to Vegas. After driving a few hours, I finally found a place John's Tires & Brakes in Littkerock, California. They did a great job and were very friendly and accommodating, A+
