I went there for oil changers, I always used different places that were busy in this day, so I decided to use this place , especially had good prices🤩. The girl at reception was very nice and knowledgeable, they made the job very quickly. I like it 👍

I'm a lifelong car guy and a trained mechanic so I know when someone is being dishonest about cars. I live in SoCal and didn't have my tools with me. We went to their shop. They read the codes. It clearly showed one part of the evac system needed to be replaced but they are insisting on "upselling" and replacing almost one thousand dollars in parts instead of the $130 part that their scans showed to be problem. We had been to this shop a couple of other times for other things and were rather satisfied with their work. This time, we talked with the owner for the first time. He was rude, dismissive and refused to do the work we asked him to do. Don't ever go there!!!

Our son is up in this area, attending school. We worried about finding a place to fix his car that became inoperable. We found Nas (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and we are SO glad we did. He not only kept in contact with us letting us know the exact diagnostic, he came up a little less than we had anticipated paying (that helped!) and when our son had another vehicle issue, he quickly fixed it and also let us know that should we need him again, he would even make sure that someone could help on a Sunday. It rained so hard today in Northern California, but he got the car up and running so our son could drive home. Thank you Nas, for your integrity, honesty and great work on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thank you. Thank you. I wish we could give you 10 stars.⭐️

I went in several months ago for an oil change and trans flush. It ended up being more then I thought so I was a bit upset about it. Turns out my car needed a different fluid. 8 months later by battery light started flashing so I went to an auto parts store turns out alternator was bad. I ordered the alternator and called these guys hoping they could install it. They were all sure as soon as it's in call us and we will squeeze you in

I had my charging system light staying on and didn’t want to risk driving my car to work in Sacramento and breaking down on the side of the highway….So I called Yuba City Autoworks first thing on a Sunday morning and they were able to get my alternator replaced that day by 1pm!! I will forever be Grateful to their Quick Response, Fantastic Customer Service and this Business is run by a Honest, Straight up Gentleman…I’ll Definitely be back in a few weeks for an oil change and they have a dedicated customer for Life!! Highly recommended!!

Originally I was going to a business called "oil changers", and I couldn't believe they quoted me $130 for a simple oil change! I left there mad, And as soon as I pulled out I've seen Yuba City Auto Works with a big sign displaying an Affordable price for an oil change. I pulled in, and the wonderful young lady behind the Desk was Friendly and helpful. Yuba City Auto Works was hands down the most affordable costing me only $55 compared to $130 from their competitors. Thank you Yuba City Auto Works!

Best prices in town!! They are very quick, depending on how busy. But with the prices and great customer service a little wait is no big deal!! The owner is always reasonable and very honest about issues with my vehicles! The staff always does excellent and assures my car comes back running immaculate! 10 out of 10!!!!

I’m a car guy and usually work on all my cars at home so naturally I’m super skeptical of mechanic shops. I was traveling through and ended on the side of the freeway with my hazard lights on 100 miles away from my tools. When the tow truck showed up I asked for a recommendation and without skipping a beat he said “Yuba City Autoworks”. Walking in and meeting with Nas was a pleasant surprise because he was honest and transparent. Aside from the alternator and battery issue he also told me I was having some inner wear on my two front tires. He had to order my tires but they were there pretty quick. I was back on the road in no time and he turned my screeching halt to a minor speed bump. 10 out of 10.

Nas is a humble shop owner that expects the best standards for his employees and more so his customers. I came in today because my car was squeaking behind at the right rear tire. My brakes were good, they pulled my car up and looked at the wheel barrings and even did a test drive. Of course there was no noises at the time of the test drive. He assured me that he didn’t want to fix or charge anything if there was no issue present and suggested I come back if I begin to notice the noise again. They changed my serpentine belt under the hood and even offered me pizza while I waited. Five stars for great hospitality and transparency.

Went there for first time today to get a smog, chatted with the owner Nas. Great, friendly guy. Best price on smog and oil changes in town. Next time I need oil changed I am taking it there. Definitely going to have my repeat business for other car services also.

I called and got quoted for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the service men were talking on their personal phone while assisting me. They told me price for both and I paid. I noticed that I thought my tires didn’t get rotated. I called back and they said everything was fine. I look at my bank account today and I was only charged an oil change. They did not rotate my tires when I asked them to and it was on the receipt.

I trust these guys to perform work on my baby. I normally take it to the dealer. They seemed to resolve all the issues I brought my car in for, and my baby seems to be running good weeks after the repair. The only negative thing I would say is that they make you feel like they are too busy to talk. I felt like I was being rushed out.

I LOVE this place!!! Always good work and they are priced very reasonable! The staff is always professional and kind, and they make me feel they generally CARE about me and my car! On my second visit, I received superb service that I wasn’t expecting. The owner, Nas was super helpful & very attentive to all customers. As customers were trickling in, he ensured that he listened & addressed concerns. As a woman, it can be intimidating entering an auto shop because there’s always “something that needs to be updated/fixed”. Nas was very honest, in what my vehicle needed to operate at its best!
