Always happy with Your Mechanic. They're very open and honest and I always appreciate the options presented to get my car running well. Never pushy and appreciate they're quick turn around every time. I tell all my friends to go here. I always feel safer in my old car after picking it up.

10 out of 10, highly recommend Your Mechanic!! I received amazing customer service and such a quick turnaround time while getting my truck fixed! I dropped it off after hours and it was ready the next day at a cheaper price than what I was quoted. Who doesn’t like those kinds of surprises?! Prior to taking my truck here, I had taken it to a dealership and they literally had it sitting there for an entire week with no diagnosis… so once I took it to Your Mechanic I truly was blown away by their quick diagnosis and solution. Will be coming back if I have future vehicle issues!

Mike, Carol Ann, and Phillip are great. Very patient and honest when addressing concerns. Will definitely use them again! UPDATE: still using this shop years later. Phillip and the folks here continue to provide top notch service. They ate patient and are experts in finding issued that no one else can find. They also deal with my extended warranty company so they deserve 7 stars. Will return for future issues!

First of all the mechanic stole the coolant from my car I saw him put it in his trunk the bottle was full he might have used maybe 16 oz if that bottle was full all I saw Next he was able to diagnose my car without any diagnostic tester he took off my headlight and looked into the hole and with that he diagnosed my car as having a bad water pump , thermostat and leaks in my radiator he never took the plastic engine covers on my mini cooper to look at engine to see if anything else might be leaking estimate was cost me $134.00 and to replace all these things for over $3000 DO NOT USE THEM THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

I noticed a car I was looking to purchase at a dealership had been serviced here on the Carfax a few times. I gave it a shot and called to see if they'd provide some more details. I spoke to Mike and, he took the time to go over what they did without any hesitation, ultimately making me more confident in the purchase decision. I wish I lived closer so I could continue my car care here!

Used this mechanic for 7 years on 6 different vehicles. The most honest, caring, and competent mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Never had an issue with any of my vehicles, was never ripped off or lied to, was always taken care of. I will never find a better mechanic.

Wonderful service. I tried this place after being given a time estimate from the dealership which was double what YM provided. Not only did they fix my vehicle very fast, but the pricing was extremely fair and they were super helpful and prompt the entire way through. Highly recommended!

The mechanic canceled 3 times! Customer service said “he does that all the time”. Horrible customer service THEN they wanted to charge me for canceling service. The inconvenience it caused was beyond stressful. I wish I could give this business 0 stars.

Had my son's vehicle towed to Your Mechanic since it would not start. Mike and his staff are awesome in working with you. They ended up replacing the starter. This is not the first time I've used them. My wife takes her car there for oil changes, and they are great at recommending what is needed to keep your car running great. I also had taken my other son's vehicle there because it was running a little rough. Later that day, they called and mentioned that one of the ignition coils needed to be pushed in, and it ran great after that. They did not charge me for that. I highly recommend this shop for repairs, or if you plan on buying a vehicle, pay a small fee for them to thoroughly look over the car to see if there may be any problems. Your Mechanic is a great, reputable place for your automotive needs.

I have been taking my cars here since they opened. The reason is because they are professional, and their repairs on my cars have been excellent. Even with just an oil change, they let me know what my car may need, when it needs it, and exactly how much it’s going to cost me. I trust these guys with my vehicles and recommend them to everyone.

I recently took my trusty 2009 F150, which has seen more miles than I can count, to Your Mechanic at 951 E Bitters Rd, Suite 800, San Antonio, TX 78216, and boy, did they work some magic! This poor truck was coughing up more carbon than a stressed-out dragon, but the high speed low drag professionals over at Your Mechanic flawlessly performed a tune-up, exorcised a throttle body carbon buildup issue and replaced a broke, busted and disgusted air intake resonator. I half expected them to tell me to just put the old girl out to pasture, but no, they performed a fuel injector service which reinvigorated truck engine performance. I was worried about my aging truck, but thanks to Your Mechanic, it's ready to roll out for many more adventures. If you need your vehicle to feel young again, head to Your Mechanic – they're the automotive wizards you've been looking for! One more thing…Jesus is coming again real soon!
