I unexpectedly needed help to replace a car battery and stopped into Yocar. They were friendly, quickly took a look to determine if they could help or not, and were able to replace the battery in less than 10 minutes. Great price as well.

Had 9am apt. Checked in at 8:50. Mechanic didn’t arrive until 9:20 then had to clean up after the dogs. At 10:15 they still hadn’t taken my car in. A Hispanic woman came in after me without an apt and they took her car in and not mine (I heard whole conversation). Won’t be returning.

I am from out of town and this shop fixed my car quick at a good price. They were friendly and professional if I need work done on my car in Indianapolis again this is where I’ll go. They are also close to downtown which is a plus!

I’m new to town and unexpectantly needed a new battery in the middle of a drive. Had no clue where to go so I pulled into OReilly’s, and they sent me here to Yocar. This place is fantastic. I don’t know anything about cars and am always nervous to go to a shop since I don’t know exactly what the problem and solution are. Juan took care of things quickly, kindly, and efficiently. The lady in the office was also nice about getting my info and processing payment. I was having an emergency and was in a super anxious mood but they handled things great. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I have gotten my car worked on here and I would 100% recommend this auto shop to anyone bc the owner Juan always has a Great attitude and amazing customer service along side the assistant in the front desk I bought A toyota from here too and it’s still perfectly up and running and hasn’t given me any issues so if you’re in need of a vehicle don’t hesitate to search here !!!!

I went to discount tire for a alignment, and they evidently lied to me about trying everything to do the job, So I went to Yocar auto service not only did they get the job done, it was done in a very timely manner, thanks Yocar.

Man they get at u when they can cuz a lotta ppl go to them. Make an appointment they will abide by it. Definitely worth it. They explain in perfect details of what’s wrong with ya car. Prices are awesome as well. Sometimes they fix same day. Look dig. These guys are the best since I been here the last two years. Only ppl I let work on my car and they got a tow service.

Yocar is the only place I trust with my car in Indy. They are honest, efficient and friendly. Juan is great at taking the time to explain exactly what is wrong and answering any questions. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

I have to say this play is dope. Is amazing. And it’s affordable. This business may not be everything but if you are in Indianapolis come here. They won’t disappoint. Zara has great customer service and Juan had clear cut experience and service. He is extremely nice and he is very well spoken. Don’t hesitate, just come to yocar!!! I will say they are probably good for the simple things like oil changes, wheel alignments, brakes! But if you are having engine problems I would recommend you go to your car dealership. It's ok to turn some people down instead of trying to fix an issue you really can't. I'm out of $1800 because I trusted my car to be fixed and after leaving it up there twice my car is louder than I dropped it off, ticking real bad & im just frustrated. But I'm going to Hyundai for now on and will be proving my car was never correctly fixed or worked on. After I picked it up on 05/13 I took it to get a diagnosis and it's still reading my O2 sensor needs to be replaced but they did a timing kit! Like how hard is it to read the machine & fixed what it's telling you to fix not what you think it is! The BBB is next cause $1800 is a lot and I'm not rich & my car is still not driving right!

I don't normally give out reviews easily. I have to do buisness with a company for awhile to give reviews.My Husband started doing buisnes with Yocar after he seen the impressive reviews..they have always taken care of our vehicles.I lost my husband back in 2021 .I continued to do buisness with Yocar and when I lost my Husband and was widowed Yocar stepped up for me..Their prices are fair and they do really great work. It is really good to have ethical and honorable Mechanics like Yocar. I feel Yocar takes care of the people..I have done buisness with them for years now and I am grateful for their buisness...I respect them and their work..so In closing if you want and need and are looking for honest hard working Mechanics who truly care for the people..I recommend Yocar..thank you for the platform so that I may have a voice...

Went to get an alignment and tire balance. They were very nice and true to their word about time. They even told me about my sway bar link needing to be changed and did it pretty quick. After seeing that my car was still steerling left a bit, i went back the next day and they fixed it for me with no extra charge and told me why it was doing that. Very nice people who stand on their work. Would recommend for both English and Spanish speakers.

You won’t regret bringing your car here! Excellent service, very fair prices, quick turnaround, thorough mechanics! I really appreciate the time taken to explain to me what was wrong, where the part is within the engine, what it looks like, how it works, and how to maintain going forward, etc. The transparency and thoughtfulness put into the work means a lot. I’ve found my new go-to mechanic that I can trust and rely on.

Called for an oil change, and had one scheduled the following morning. The work took ~ 40 minutes, which allowed me time to walk to a nearby Cafe for breakfast.

READ THIS FOR WHY YOU SHOULD GO TO YOCAR EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! Juan & his team at Yocar should be your ONLY provider in the indianapolis area. I have never in my life received such EXCELLENT customer service. Juan took at least 20 minutes out of his time to show me every little DETAIL of what was the issue with my car. Explained roughly the cost it would be and THE MAJOR BONUS was his advice on what he would do if I wanted to get my car fixed and move on to a new car. You are simply foolish if you take your car anywhere else. If he is far drive the extra miles to get here because you will never receive care like this anywhere else.

The two times that I've taken my vehicle up there I think they did a wonderful job. Just not sure if they gave me a wheel alignment this last time like they said. But I will go back.

They have serviced PLENTY of my vehicles...the mechanic is very informative and they get ISH done imo. And if they can't, they'll gladly direct you to who can fix YOCAR😉. Love this place.
