I would say zero stars. I called yesterday for someone to replace my starter they gave me a great price and I went to buy the starter. I called the mechanic Darius if I recall correctly. He said send 30 dollars for the travel fee so I sent it and nobody ever came. They didn’t answer my call this morning and then I texted them asking for my money back because I found someone else and they haven’t sent it back yet. How can you keep my travel fee if you never actually traveled to me. Not only are they liars they are thieves at this point. I want my money back and I honestly feel like I should call the police since they can’t be honest. STEALING IS STEALING and it’s illegal!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

Darius is the man! I had an issue last night where I felt my front passenger tire wobbling like crazy and I thought something was seriously wrong — plus, I didn’t have my tools or light to fix anything wrong. I looked up shops in the area, dreading to drive on a messed up wheel but I found this listing and gave them a shot. A very professional assistant answered the phone and took my information and gave me some pricing for the job. She told me he’d be here around 1PM and the estimate was perfect. Darius showed up and quickly diagnosed my problem, told me it was a quick fix and even ran out to grab the part for me. Personable, professional and honest! Darius is the MAN! If you need anything done in the comfort of your home with someone smart and honest, this is the place to call.

Caught a flat tire and didn’t have a spare, they showed up pretty quick, helped me remove the old tire and took me to get a new one and then installed the new one, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Called and a lady answered she couldn't get untouched with her employer. Finally after an hour she calls back gives me a number said to call them because it's who will be helping me today. Icalled and He came i was charged $35 for a travel fee. Ok no problem with that. When the young man came out i got him in the car backed out we hadn't even made it to the corner when he said what the issue was OK kool. Backed up pulled back in the yard. I asked how much will you charge to fix the issue if i go get the party right now. He said let me go calculate it and the travel fee, he came back gave me the price and we agreed he'd fix my car. We ordered the part. Which he said I'll be back when it comes in. The Part came in i called he said he was on the way and never showed up. I called and texted. Finallyhe answered apologizing said I'm coming and never came. When he did call it was 9:45 pm. Need time, so he said I'll be there tomorrow..Texted the next day at 6am still nothing. So i waited another day texted and still nothing. So i texted who i thought was the female who answered from the initial call. They were texting me back and then sent this text saying the guy said i didn't pay some diagnostic fee. I was NEVER EVER told about a fee. So i called and asked them to explain. A man answered said he was the owner and merged me and Darius together. When i tried explaining things the so call owner was so DISRESPECTFUL. Didn't want to listen kept telling me i owe them and I'm like how None of that was discussed from the jump. All that was asked for was the travel fee which i paid. This man wanted to argue me down. Telling me it's on his web and this that and the third and i told him a friend gave me your number i haven't looked up anything. He sends me a text and the text only says a travel fee. I looked it up this morning and it only speaks of a travel fee. I personally would not recommend them. The owner is VERY rude I'm to old to argue with anyone over anything. I don't have time to. Life is too short. I did pray for this man's soul because he needs Jesus for how he was talking to people. I see as i read the comments I'm not the only one. Maybe he was having a bad day or money issues, but i won't use them nor will I refer them to anyone. God bless you and your company sir and i pray you find inner peace and learn to listen and be patient before you jump to conclusions without hearing clients all the way through.

This did not go well. Maybe he was going through a bad moment. Didn’t show up at a reasonable time the first time, came back to make a correction; points in favor, then left the car with a missing piece that had nothing to do with with what he was initially working on. I will not be hiring this man again nor would refer him to anyone. The job still isn’t right. Now I going to have to pay someone else to get it right. Never again.

I contacted this company for service the owner I believe he is , is extremely rude and disrespectful to women, and I say women because a man would’ve never tolerated the disrespect I received and I was very nice and respectful to him as I am to all. After he was so rude I asked him for a refund of the $30 fee and he basically told me to kick rocks. He have you pay $30 travel fee then sends you an email of an invoice asking to pay more money for services he hasn’t even seen yet. Online this company has high ratings and I can’t understand for the life of me How???.. he went in to tell me that I was after his company when I don’t even know him!!! I told him to have a bless day and he can keep the fee I submitted.

He Came to do a coolant flush on my car cause i was working on both my cars we talked about things we had in common with cars and he finish in under 25mins before my car was running at 220-226 now it’s at 206-218 which is normal idd recommend him specially if you feeling lazy to do it yourself

This man is a true hero! My family and I got stranded in Houston & needed help getting our vehicle onto an auto trailer to get back home but no one would help unless they were hauling the vehicle… but not this man. He heard me out and could tell I was stressed so he said don’t worry we’re gonna get that car on the trailer and we sure did! We were able to get back home safe and we could not thank him enough for his help, if there’s anyone who you can rely on who won’t poke your eyes… it is this man y’all! Did a really good job on my 2013 Lincoln was knowledgeable of his craft and saved me so much money that I didn’t have to buy a turbocharger. I would honestly recommend this mechanic too anyone. He’s now gonna be the one I call if I have any mechanical issues. There the real deal he’s fair with his prices in will not get over on you 💯.

Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Im the owner of a 2011 Porsche Panamara that had a coolant house Burst and cause the car to run hot due to All antifreeze leak out. The Man took the engine apart to remove the bad Hose and replace it . The car is running good . I have posted pictures before and after. Thanks Sir!
