Went to get a tire thinking they knew what they were doing but ended up putting the wrong tire size on my rim. When I went to go to try to exchange it they were rude didn’t let me talk said there was nothing that could be done and pretty much sent me on my way! They apparently do this all the time! Not professional they act like they know what they are doing and are just ripping people off is all!!! This place sucks! I recommend not going to them or giving them any business whatsoever!!!

Estoy extremadamente decepcionado con el servicio en esta tienda de neumáticos. Me reemplazaron los neumáticos por el tamaño INCORRECTO sin informarme de que no tenían los correctos. En lugar de ser sinceros al respecto, tomaron una decisión imprudente que casi arruinó mi transmisión debido a la discrepancia de tamaño. Tuve que ir a otra tienda para arreglar su error descuidado, e incluso confirmaron que las prácticas turbias de esta tienda ponen mi vehículo en grave riesgo. Esto es inaceptable y poco profesional. Nunca volveré aquí, y aconsejo encarecidamente a cualquiera que evite este lugar a toda costa. Si valoras tu coche y tu tranquilidad, lleva tu negocio a otra parte. ¡Avísame si quieres ajustar el tono o añadir algo!

Good customer service!!! I was in and out unless then 30 min with a set of brand new tires!!! Great pricing!!! Thank you yaquis tires
