It is always the same experience of customer service, they never let you drive until they make sure that you car is in great driving condition. They told that may last oil change was not done correctly and it was done by the car dealer that I purchase the car from. The car was purchase from Jeff Wyler on Colerain Ave and I was told as long as I owe the car I will receive free oil change, don't believe it because I received my first oil change in this summer and instead of changing the old gasket on the oil filter they just put the new one on top. My engine like came on I thought that may be the gas cap so I brought a new one, engine light still on so I went and got an oil change from express and Chris showed me what wad done. So when they say FREE don't believe it. It really upset me because it is my Grandson car. And I called Jeff Wyler for my free oil change and they sell haven't called me back. Thank you Chris.

I like to thank the mechanics at Xpress Pro Auto in Western Hills that diagnose and replaced my 2015 Mazda alternator. Also they had no problem when I asked them to add a oil change and coolant flush. Had a coolant flush and fill. They also did a oil change. I think they did a great job. I'll be going to them to have more work done in the future. In fact I'm going to have them do a transmission flush and fill next month. As well as the power steering and brake system.

I have been using this location for over 10 years and still get great service despite the name change. They were able to take my car first thing in the morning when I found a screw in my tire and fixed it free of charge. I really appreciate it!

Great experience! They checked and replaced the cabin air filter when they changed the oil. They also found and repaired a nail in my tire. Very reasonably priced, great value for the price. I’ll be back!!

I went in for an oil change he told me I need new breaks and I declined and my break line is broken all of a sudden it wasn’t nothing wrong with my car other then needing an oil change and now I’ve contacted a lawyer cause it was intentional

Went to get an oil change today and I am truly impressed with the quality and efficiency of the care given to me by the assistant manager, Chris. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the word! This is the best service I have received since coming here since my first oil change over 15 years ago. This place has gone downhill since management changed a few years ago. I've been using them for years and felt good about their work and pricing, but not so much anymore. I just got my oil changed there, and they left dirty handprints all over the inside of my drivers door and steering wheel. To me, this is unacceptable. I guess I'll find somewhere else to go after all these years.

I’ve never had an experience as bad as I had at this Car X. They’ve cost me close to $1,500 & I’m a young mom who was just trusting some individuals who I thought were professionals. From more damage being done to my vehicle to being verbally abused I don’t know which was worse. My feelings are still hurt and I really want to be compensated but I’m literally scared to even go back to this location because of how I was cursed out by KYLE. To make matters worse, they have no corporate number for me to call or anything. I guess I’ll just have to accept the loss. I’m very disappointed & I’ll never go back here nor recommend them to anyone.. especially if you’re a woman.

I was in trying to get my car looked at and prepared! Worker stated he was upset because he was new and he was working his day off! He told me my car was not fixable and I should go park it and get a new car! I went somewhere else and my car was was fixed and I now driving!!

talked to manager he said he would loosen my lug nuts up for $20 when i went up he was getting smart with a blk lady about poor service come to find out they did not put oil in cart after oil change ,i told him more or less to not treat her like that when i go to get my lugs done he said $40 i told him he said $20 he called me a liar and a b ---- i called him a liar and a b----,i am 70 yrs old he is about 35 and was wanting to fight me in their parking lot i will never go there or send anyone ,the oil change deal has happened to other ppl i know ,myself but all i wanted was my lugs loosened up stay away from this one

Every time our vehicle comes out of there shop another problem. They rotated tires low indicator light remains on.they said just drive it and it will go out.this seems very backwards for a mechanical shop. Indicator is still on.

I understand places are understaffed so they are hiring people that may not have been considered for hire a couple years ago BUT there is no excuse. They just look like they have NO clue what they are doing! Long story short they did not do what I was charged for them to do because of an issue with my car. If i would not have been so worried about my car leaking oil and blowing up at that point, I would have been paying attention and NOT paid!!! Later that day I reach out to "corporate" to get my money back I get like 2-3 responses and NOW nobody will respond, I can't find a phone number. It is so MESSED up they did not change my oil filter YET I pay for an oil change and now nobody wants to respond. Nobody has the money these days to be getting SCRERWED!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
