I went in to get my cooling system flushed. Mr. Weber was very helpful and prompt. The technician (Donald) pulled my car in and started working right away. It took approximately 20 minutes. I am extremely happy with their services and I definitely will use them again in the future. Lastly, Mr. Weber also provided me with a discount on the provided service. I truly appreciate their awesome customer service.

I do not recommend going here at all the parking lot is horrible huge potholes. Your car will incur potential damage just by driving into the parking lot. Use extreme caution I do not recommend going here. See pictures

The Reading & Galbraith Rd store is my location of choice. Bill and Donnie are great customer service agents/mechanics, the prices are reasonable and their professional recommendations are very much appreciated. The crew members are knowledgeable, precise and work quickly to provide smooth overall satisfaction. They also stand by their warranty if something goes wrong. The waiting room is a bit small but comfortable if you choose to stay for servicing. Great job fellas!!👏🏽🤗

The experience was extremely disappointing. I went in to have my car horn fixed, and after an inspection, they informed me that it needed to be replaced. I agreed to the replacement, but later, they told me they couldn’t fix it. To make matters worse, they still charged me $43 for the inspection.

This location helped our family out last night, we had a flat tire and they got us in right before they closed and got us up and running within a half an hour. They were very kind and helpful!

They didn’t tighten my cap to antifreeze and lost all of it and car over heated I called about the problem the guy at 10:43am got an attitude and hung up because he did a poorly job reminding you guys that we work though the company I will be pulling out of their service and personally filing a complaint! Remind you I came in for oil change and pressure test!!

Amazing customer service! The guy at the front desk was very nice and super helpful! (I think his name is Ron) I called for a same day appointment, they got me in right away. I came for an oil change, mentioned my brakes were screaming at me. They checked and replaced them for a great price. I even got free wiper blades. I was in and out in about 2 hours or less total. Good good good! I’ll be back 🤞🏾

I've had my oil changed here for years. They always do a good job. Loved it this time. It was quick and they rotated my tires for free. Excellent shop!!

Excellent customer service everyone seemed happy and a great smile was very inviting. My car is running smooth thanks to Troy and the front desk associate. Bathroom was terrible and front could be cleaned frequently to give that first impression of we care about our customers experience. Overall the most important is our car so. All went well and I will add cost with coupon is even better. Loved it.

Fantastic service! I came in with a flat tire and the staff were very helpful. They were able to patch up the tire and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Great place.

I was just about to get on the highway when my car alerted me of a flat tire. I went to the nearest shop and the man at the front was kind and attentive. Turns out I had a nail in my tire, got it patched up really quickly and was back on the road. Definitely recommend them.

The gentlemen provided courteous and excellent service. The technician told Bill to advise me of a rear suspension problem he noticed. Bill was very friendly and I even scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was referred by my friend and I will definitely be back.

This the best tire and auto shop I've used. They are not greedy like some auto mechanics/ shops. Scotty Bischoff's skills and customer service are next level. I will not use any other auto mechanic.
