Xpress Pro did a great job replacing my ignition coil and spark plugs. I actually needed much more work done but they gladly did the repairs that I needed and invited me to come back when it is in my budget to get the rest done.

Had some underneath car issues due to the snow storm. Called in this morning to see if they could take a look underneath my car, and Colin got me in right away and didn’t take more than 10 minutes! Xpress Pro in Springdale is amazing! My son’s car needed a quick repair due to the snowstorm, and Colin, the Service Manager, had us in and out in 10 minutes so that he could get to work. No place is perfect, but my past few experiences have been AWESOME!! Between Mr. Collin and Mr. Mark; the team gives SOLID (ABOVE AVERAGE), TIMELY, and FRIENDLY services/atmosphere. NEW NAME, yes, but GREAT STAFF!! I've had my Engine Coolant leak FIXED HERE, and Oil Changes CHANGED HERE. And each time, I haven't had to come to come back and report something still isn't fixed. 👍🏾👍🏾 2 thumbs up, 4/5 stars because nothing is perfect (4.5 out of 5).

Mark was incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. My car was ready within 6 hours of it getting worked on (needed a part replaced). My only negative is not getting an itemized receipt. The receipt lumped parts and labor into one sum; I would’ve liked to have seen how much the part costs and how much labor costs.

This used to be the carX, same ownership and shop. They just went independent of CarX brand. Solid service I always use for my oil change and tire needs. Shop looks clean, renovated after a fire apparently.

(Former Car-X) Is back open! Newly renovated, Nice Friendly customer service (Thanks Mike). I usely book an appointment drop off my car then come back later. But this time I decided to wait. The waiting room was nice and clean, my service was fast and price was for my oil change was Great! I was told they now do other services (transmission etc )

Got the seasonal Oil change full synthetic $69. Well worth the price with all the extras. Free wiper blades, battery check, top of fluids, rotate the tires and reset the tps.

I had the best experience here. They worked with me to find the best tires to fit what I needed. The treated me like family and made sure to make me feel welcome. And they have brand new building and everything. They just open up about six or so weeks I want to say ago. But they took the time to make sure I was safe on the road being a first time owner.

I've been a regular customer at this facility for many years, which was CarX until a few years ago and was closed for an year. I was very happy with their service. I was really glad to see them reopen about a month ago with a new name. I've visited three times since it reponed. The guys were nice each time. In my last visit, Mark was very kind in my last accommodating me despite their tight schedule at that time.

My car needed brake repair & Iam so glad I took it to Xpress pro which was previously CarX in Springdale. Mark was so helpful. He explained what was needed & went above & beyond to take care of the problem. He & the staff here are so knowledgeable & friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair. Even on a limited budget.

Go check out the new and improved Xpress Pro Tire & Auto (Formerly Car X). They are OPEN for business!!! The lobby is clean and looks really nice. The garage is new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for another service for sure.
