I've been coming here for years. I've always been treated fairly and honestly. They are not only knowledgeable but never pressure you into getting something you don't need. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Vale para puro chetos llega uno a las 5 y ya no te quieren atender y la vez pasada hucevun cambio de aceite según express tardo más de una hora y en el de westfield si son buen rapidos aquí no lo recomiendo para nada no vengan aquí

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I took my car for a simple oil change a few weeks ago. Since then my car has been running rough. I took it to another place today only to find out that my car was 4 quarts low on oil and there is no leak on my car. Xpress didn't put the oil back in. If your like me and rely on your vehicle, I don't recommend them at all.

Very pleased with the customer service and how they explained what was wrong with my breaks and rotors. I had went to someone else first and I still had issues. I took it here and they told me what the other person did wrong. Very pleased and 5 stars!!!

I came right at 5:00 needing two tires swapped, they stayed over in order to help me even though they were supposed to get off at 5:00! They honored the coupon I got in the mail no problem at all.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive, helping me figure out exactly what needed to be fixed on my car. They did an excellent job replacing the battery and it was affordable!

You can tell a place is honest when they inform you that you don’t actually need the service that you just asked for and were ready to pay for. I took my 25-year-old pickup truck in for an oil change and I also asked for an inspection because I assumed, by its age, the truck probably needed something. They told me I didn’t really need the oil change because although it had been a couple of years since the last one, I hadn’t put on enough miles since then to warrant a change. They also said they found nothing in the inspection that warranted any repairs. I have gone to this shop before and always had the same experience. They are honest and do not try to sell you something you don’t need.

I been coming here to get oil changes and repairs for a long time when the business name was Car-X. They changed to Xpress Pro Tire and Auto. I plan to continue to come even though they changed name. They are pleasant, trustworthy and they do a great job.
