I have been using this shop since around 2005 and always had good service and friendly interaction. Just recently got a transmission replaced and my car is running like brand new again. Very good communication and friendly staff.

I was at the N. Michigan Rd store a little before 8 AM for my 8 AM oil change appointment. I was PROMPTLY greeted and told they'd have me taken care of shortly. I asked the tech if I would be finished by 10 because I had a 10:30 appointment to make. I was in my car & back on the road an hour and 10 minutes later! I don't know who the technician was working the service desk by name, but he was completely customer service driven! And I appreciated every bit of it and his professionalism!

Absolutely amazing service at this shop. Barry and Nathan were so helpful in trying to fix a steering rack issue in my car and gave me some really helpful advice. Definitely will be coming back here.

The team was fantastic. From the Manager Nathan working with me as a Veteran on pricing. I had the water pump replaced and the bearing replaced. They were all bad. But it took several weeks to raise the money. Even though I didn't qualify for the "in house" credit card. The team continued to treat me with respect. They called and try to harass me to use their services. The manager even called me early on the day the car was to be ready. But as with life, they got a bit behind. But he called me and I was happy to hear them be proactive. The mechanic associate who did my bearings is also a Veteran and was professional and dis a great job. The location was clean both inside and outside. I have started recommending people I know. Great Team. Give them a BONUS !!!

These (2) guys are the most courteous, professional master mechanics in Indianapolis. I told them about the problem and they didn't hesitate to find out what was wrong and I didn't have to wait all day. And the price was very affordable. They are my mechanics for life!!

I called the day after Thanksgiving needing a tire repair. I was losing air. 1 hour after my call I was in and out. No extra charges. Just a valve stem... Thank you for being trustworthy and swift! I'll be back.

I take my car to this specific location for everything. I can easily make an appointment online and they will call or email if there are any issues with scheduling. Nathan and Barry are the best, they are friendly, patience, honest and take the time to explain exactly what is going on with my car and what they are going to do. I can trust that they will fix everything and always at a reasonable price. They are the best and I won't go anywhere else.

I’ve been to this Car-X twice in a couple years and both times they have been extremely helpful. First time I had a rattling in my car and they removed the heat plate with no issues and sent me on my way! The second time I got an oil change, and with all the checks they did they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The oil change was a bit slower than I would’ve preferred, but they had amazing coupons and brought the price down drastically! Would 100% recommend going to them for any car issues.

My first time with this business and I highly recommend it! I made an appointment on the phone for a used car inspection. Their price was very reasonable compared with where I usually take my car. The service was top notch. Rather than just hand me a list of the issues, a gentleman named Shayne took the time to walk me through what he had found on the vehicle that needed attention and the things that he found that I should be aware of but were not an immediate issue. Not being a "car guy" I asked a lot of questions, and he was very patient and took the time to explain things to my complete satisfaction. Even though this business is a ways from my home, I will be doing business with them again. Highest marks!

Very, very kind. After being married 30 yrs I’m now divorced and learning to do a lot of things I never Had done. Tried to put air in my tires and couldn’t even get the little cap things off. A young man there happily filled the tire in question and Checked all the other tires. He was very kind and gave me info regarding the cold and tire pressure. I walked away not feeling so stupid anymore. I will remember this when I need to purchase tires.

I will be a regular customer. On my first visit they didn’t try to sell me extra parts and listened to my needs and fixed only the things I wanted done and that worked out well. I went back for the remainder of my repairs and new brakes. Two great experiences with no push to buy extra parts but I did need new wipers since mine were noisy and they cost less than Autozone. Great work!

My experience with X Press Pro was a very pleasant one. I called same day got in, got fixed and squared away and even went back to inquire of other things wrong with my car. Barry and the crew were extremely helpful knowledgeable and understood. Exactly what I needed for my vehicle. I would choose this place hands-down they have a clean facility and are very professional when conducting business.

Terrible experience. I went to this location around 5:30 to have my tires aired up but was advised that the compressor is already turned off even though they were to be open for another 30 minutes. It’s really inconvenient to have to locate another establishment that can put air in my tires because this location decide to close down early instead of honoring their posted business hours. It’s the little things that make an impact. If they cut corners like this when it comes to operating hours, I can only imagine what kind of corners they cut with their service.

These guys at this location really go out of their way and they are all just extremely friendly and also. I’m not planning to go anywhere else for my oil changes and minor maintenance items. I’ve been to other locations before and this is by far the best people

Specifically Michigan Road Xpress Pro Tire and Auto receives my highest praise. I was on the road, traveling through Indianapolis to Pittsburgh when the carrier bearing on my '71 C10 busted. I called several mechanics around the area where I was forced off the highway, but only Xpress Pro Tire was able to get me in and out fast enough to keep me on my trip. The service was much quicker than I could have asked for and much more affordable than I expected. Less than two hours between me bringing my truck for repair and leaving down the interstate. I cannot give enough stars.
