I was very pleased with Xpress Pro yesterday when I pulled in with no appt. needing help with my car. The warnings for low oil and low tire pressure came on as I was driving to an appt. I didn't want to risk continuing to drive. They immediately helped me - no long wait. They took care of the problems and added to their service by checking other areas . They were kind, welcoming, efficient, and most of all took care of the problems at a very reasonable price. I definately will continue to use their services as needed.

These got me in and out the same day to replace my car starter motor. The price was reasonable and lower than any I got quoted from other nearby places. They even kept me up to date with communication on the status of the fix. Highly recommend!

This was my second time coming to this location. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly and they were gentlemen I’m disabled they helped me to the car and that type of stuff really is appreciated!!

I have used this place, CarX and now it’s Xpress Pro. I will only go here because for years I’ve seen how honest they are - not trying to make money on things you don’t need. Trust them 100% and that’s enough to keep me a loyal customer!

definitely overcharged and when I complained about the price, they was able to bring it down $125 which shows that they are overcharging in 1st place. Try to overcharge me for a service that has been done by them before on my car at the same place.

I’ve taken a Pontiac G6 to Xpress Pro three times: 2019 – fix 4 wheel studs then mount new wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Cost was $215. 2021 - New brake pads and rotors for $700, which included $38 for an oil change. 2024 - Oil change with full synthetic ran me about $80. Air filter was $33. I’d made an appt first and they had the car finished in approx. 20 minutes. They’ve never screwed up, they’ve been fast and I’ve been able to speak to their helpful mechanics each time. They have a great track record with me.

Stop 11 and St Rd 31 Location is the best mechanic around. Mike Alcorn is always so helpful and kind. The mechanics do a great job and I never have to wait long! Highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic customer service and vehicle service. My wife was having AC issues, the Manger Mike was extremely helpful on the phone. Within hours my wife had her car at the facility fixed and returned. The ability to get the vehicle in so quickly with great customer service is hard to find. I will be returning with any car related issues in the future.

DO NOT TRUST these people they will over charge you for parts and labor. Was quoted $400 for MAF sensor, looked online and an OEM sensor cost only $170-$200. —EDIT— I’ve came here for 10years+ before you guys rebranded. After your rebrand is when I started getting over charged for parts and labor prices started going up. DO NOT TRUST these people!!!!

I’ve been going to this location for well over 20 years. They had gone thru some management changes and it seemed as though the friendliness customer care of the staff suffered, so I was going to other places for my auto services. I thought my brakes were going out, and since I had previously had Car-X install lifetime pads, I took it back there. There were some staff that I wasn’t familiar with, but I was pleasantly surprised how cordial they were. I was prepared to spend some money for new brakes, but when they called me with the status of my car, I was told that the brakes were just fine but simply had a little rust/dust buildup on the rotors due to what appeared to be a lack of driving. That was great news and I appreciate the honesty when they could have just told me I needed the brake job done. So thanks for everything.

Went in to this Car-x for an oil change and to get a price check on an engine and cabin filters. They were able to get me in immediately and provided the price check on the other parts which were competitive to other prices checked with competitors. Gentleman at the counter was very professional and helpful. Glad for the positive experience at this location.
