My wife took her car there for an oil change and to have some fog lights replaced. Took almost four hours, no exaggeration. Guy Mike told me when I called that it takes over an hour for an oil change. No more business from my family!!!

I went to the Xpress Auto Pro on East Washington Street. The guy who took my info was so nice, kind and understanding. And really, all of the guys were kind! They were so helpful and they really listened to "Me" explain the problem with my vehicle. When I finally got in to get if fixed? A different guy was at the register and he was very nice too! What I needed was, an all wheel alignment and a ball joint. It got fixed at a very reasonable price! Also, all in one day! 🤗 Thank you Xpress Auto Pro! I really need to do better at getting names! But these guys were "GREAT!" 😃

What a light in a very dark tunnel. After receiving word my engine had blown, these gentlemen comforted me and offered the greatest thing I could have asked for in my moment of despair, a calm spirit and good advice. Not only were they accommodating but they were patient. If I hadnt Chosen to sell my car due to the extensive repairs needed, I would Love the opportunity to give these fellas my business! You are in good hands!!

So thankful for this place & people here. Left for Atl GA Tuesday after the snow/ice storm and couldnt get my windshield wiper fluid to come out after 1+ hour of trying numerous things. Was told by an auto store my windshield wiper fluid hose was broken and Xpress got me in immediately to diagnose the problem AND was willing to fix it then and there so I could get on the road. Thankfully it started working and I didn't need to get it fixed. They topped it off, filled my tires up, and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. 100% recommend these guys.

Love them and trust them fully. Always reasonably priced and even when it’s rough news to hear the genuine empathy shown and advice given is always appreciated by a trusted mechanic. The east side truly needs trusted mechanics

Amazing!! Fastest service in the state of Indiana. They were honest with me, upfront with price ranges, thorough with the diagnostic, and just a huge relief to work with. When I blew a gasket again, they gave me a better quality part for free, with free labor because they had replaced it a month ago and it wasn’t good quality enough. I especially appreciate the mechanic Shane. He’s very knowledgeable and does honest work. That’s a rare gem these days.

I have been coming here for years (car x) about a year ago I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for rear brakes and an oil change, I was told I did not need brakes. It may have been two weeks later and the brakes began grinding I knew they were bad someone just didn’t want to do the work. Fast forward to me bringing my Hyundai Sonata in for brakes they had start making noise on a Wednesday so I booked an appointment online. Wednesday afternoon they called to confirm I go in and the man instantly snaps at me saying “WE DO NOT MAKE SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS!” Then tells me but they will do the work then says he will only do the brakes if buy rotors too!! After hearing the price I declined and told him to put my car back together ! He gets mad storms of yelling “WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!” I will never come back!!! I ask for rear brakes they have all my tires off hood up and just looking for issues. I took it somewhere else the same day and they said that I do not NEED rotors!!

I've been coming there for many years and always had great service. I am very concerned about Don leaving because I trust him. It is very unsettling with the new changes. He has always been straight with me and very honest and respectful. I haven't always had that feeling with others that work there. If I don't feel like I can trust a place I don't stay. I think letting Don leave is a good idea. Lots of people like, respect and MOST IMPORTANTLY, TRUST HIM!

I have taken cars to this location for years for oil changes. If Don is there, I just walk out and go elsewhere. He's beyond rude. Other managers are much more professional and accommodating. Thus 3 stars.

They did Oil change and they did not tighten up. the oil Filter and and Most of it leaked out out. I will never go back there again..... We'll never go there again..

They did a great job, and finished in one day. They were very friendly as well. However, I feel that if I spent over $1700 on axel, strut, control arm, they could have aligned it. It was aligned before it was necessary to get it fixed.
