I had an appointment yesterday to see what was going wrong with my car. Anthony and Eddie were so nice in explaining the problem I thought was wrong was something totally different. They both were very Professional and took their time to show me what was wrong and made sure that me being a woman I saw and understood my problem, and asked before I left did I have any other questions that I needed answers too . I said no and I thanked the both of them for their time. After Anthony gave me my receipt he said if you should need our services again please give us a call. So if anyone needs their car serviced and looking for a good place with a good friendly staff and gonna be honest with what's wrong with your car I recommend XPress Pro to you.!

Had a great experience Anthony is always a great manager to help solve issues and problems. He’s a wonderful man, great man of knowledge and had a wonderful experience this time. He corrected all the problems and issues that I had last time I will be definitely coming back and passing information along to others to get more people to come.

I have been going to this facility for 10 yrs or more when it was Carx. We have always valued their honesty. Doug was the guy you would talk to when you came in the door at the Castleton location. Jeramy was the mechanic that did a lot of work on our vehicles. He also went to school with my oldest son. He also was a very nice and honest mechanic. Now Anthony has replaced Doug and he also is a good person too. He told me that Doug had passed away, that was sad to hear. I saw Doug at that the Castleton facility 6 months or more ago. It could have been a little longer. It was so good to see him after not seeing him for awhile, he said he was a floater and was just filling in.

I have been going to this location for 5 years. I trust Anthony and his staff, they are honest and if they say I need something I know I do. If there is any issue Anthony makes sure it is corrected. I have my sister going there now.

Went to two other places to figure out why there was a chirping sound coming from under the hood - this was the only place to truly take the time to figure out what was going on and to give good advice on next steps. Even though the news they had to give me was bad, Kyle was helpful, gave excellent suggestions as to what I could do next, and took the time to show me everything that was going on. Even with the dreaded "time for a new car" news, I left here in a good mood feeling confident and taken care of. Will absolutely be going here for all of my future needs - thank you Kyle!!!

I took my Avalon up there for an alignment and for them to check the steering. I was told that I needed an intermediate steering shaft and an alignment. I said ok and it cost me over $1000. When I got my car back, there was a thumping sound when I turned and the alignment was still off. I made an appointment and returned it to be looked at 2 days later. And they kept it over night. When I went to pick it up, they admitted to the alignment still being off. But now they say that my raconpinion was going bad and now that is going to cost $2500. That should have been found when I first brought my car in. My car is worse than when I first took it in. I will never give them any more money. DON’T GO THERE.

Up until yesterday the service is always good! Had someone take my car for an oil change and didn’t get all my fluids filled, or my tires filled with air. My friend was there as soon as they opened, so I’m guessing they were new and lazy.

I took my car to castleton xpress pro tire and auto (also known as car x). they were great. My tire kept losing air, and I needed to travel for business. First I took it to a tire shop, and all they wanted to do was sell me 4 new tires. My car has less than 40,000 miles on it. car x found a nail in my tire and fixed it for $25. They did not want me to get stranded when I traveled alone on business. They did not think I needed new tires yet. I also come here for my oil changes and they do an excellent job and have good online coupons.

This is the only place I’ll take my car. Really good service. A lot better than the Chrysler dealership. I’ve been there about 3 times. They work quick and don’t shy away from follow up check up’s with your car. Sometimes the most labor intensive jobs will result in them getting you your car back same day. These guys are t looking to take all your money, just give you good service so you come back next time.

Refused to honor 109 pad replacement. Stated the rotors needs replaced first. Another shop said they were in tolerance. Just wanted to upsell to the tune of 533.00
