First time there.. I felt Steve was an honest person..I needed a battery which Steve said he would have to order.. Arrived 2 days early and stated i could come in and they will get it done, they fit me in same day..great customer service. Service was good and super quick I will continue to go here when I have any car issues Thank you for making my experience great

This trip was my first time being there..Steve was super nice and very helpful. As a person with anxiety and having to wait was not ideal but he talked to me and kept my mind off waiting ..I ran into an issue while they were doing the work and he was super kind and helpful in my situation..all the mechanics I met were super nice and very willing to help as well..I will definitely be going back!

Living several miles away from Indianapolis I worry as a dad for my daughter whose vehicle has had numerous problems over the past year. Each time we brought it to Xpress Pro and you guys are so great and I don’t have to worry that it’s not gonna get fixed right thank you for putting this dad‘s mind to ease and I sure will tell friends in your area about your great work each time that she has brought this in you had it out the very same day and this is so appreciative that she is a single mom thank you thank You!

The reviews for this location are ACCURATE and I’m so impressed I’m taking time I don’t have to review them. I’m not going to give detail of what they did for us because a business cannot do it for everyone all the time nor should businesses be expected to. Let me just say that what they did we didn’t ask for which proves A LOT about them. The generation who expects something for nothing has a lot to learn and part of the decline of America but when the business itself decides to help in ways not asked to that’s a company everyone should want to do business with. NOT to hope or expect anything for nothing but because you can trust them. I think the guy we dealt with was Alex but I’m bad with names and hoping that’s correct but the manager is Steve. GREAT Job and GREAT service. Better than anywhere in that area for sure

These guys are great. I won't take my car anywhere else. The manager Steven is reliable, straightforward and trustworthy.. Not only do I get my oil changed there regularly , but I've taken my car there for other mechanical issues. The other members in my family have started taking their vehicles there too. Steven and the whole crew can 100 percent be trusted to get the job done correctly, promptly and reasonably priced!!! Thanks fellas...
