Great, not quick service and I appreciate the fact that I had to wait. Means it did their job diligently and didn't rush. In an age where everything has to be fast, quick and in a hurry I like that the place where I take my vehicle doesn't have that. Good service over timing any day. Thanks fellas. This can be a thankless job sometimes. Thank you for making sure our vehicles are safe to hit the road.

In full transparency I’ll delete my other review under an old email address but Chris, charging almost $80 for an oil change for a 2022 Hyundai Elantra is highway robbery. You claa as uneducated that I had a “special “ engine or some dumb crap. (I have the receipts so please don’t try to deny this) I have since started getting my oil change from CarMax where I bought the car from. You guys overcharged me in a major way that has never happened before. It took me awhile to write this. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

It appeared to me that only one guy was working. When I pulled up he came to the car. It was raining hard. You can tell he's a hard worker cuz he wasn't worried about the rain. He said that it'll be about an hour but he came and got my car within like maybe 15 minutes if that pulled it in. I told him that my outer tray was hanging up there by zip ties. It appeared that he took care of that and replaced them, which I think is their job to put it back the way it was when it came in. Nice atmosphere. The only thing that made it bad was there's a woman in there cleaning her throwing coughing and such a small room not covering up her mouth. Standing over you stuff like that but my overall visit was a grade A. I appreciate you sir. I will be back. The price is were great for an oil change and I have poor synthetic so I will be back. Thank you for making mine first experience a pleasant one

I arrived there around 7:35 and was the first one there. Before they opened at 8am, 4 other vehicles came. When they opened, the last vehicle that arrived jumped out his vehicle and went in. The worker said something to him and then the worker came straight to me. The driver came back to his vehicle. They knew I was first arrival. I was very impressed.

I went on a Monday morning and they were quite busy. They were honest and let me know that it would be up to an hour and a half wait. I ended up waiting because I really needed an oil change. I appreciated that all 3 bays were in use. The employees were all working and not just messing around on their phones. They were very transparent with their pricing plus their prices were some of the best I have found in the triangle area. Also, as a woman at times I feel like I can be treated differently or taken advantage of in terms of not having a lot of knowledge about things related to cars...all the employees I interacted with were professional and kind. I will definitely come back here when it's time for my next oil change! Thanks for your great service!

My car was overdue for an oil change. I called and Chris told me the pricing and the times. I went up there, got an oil change and I promise you. My car drives so damn smooth. And the price is affordable

This is the only place I take my car to get serviced. They inspect my vehicles and change the oil. If I ever moved to the other side of town, I’d still come and let these guys take care of me. Friendly and fast. One thing that I do like about them as well and this is a side bar, they don’t work through holidays. When I ride past and see the sign say they are closed, it makes me happy because so many important moments are missed due to the “almighty dollar”. I love this for these guys.
