I just went back to XLNC again because they helped me out before with a very old stain that I avoided getting cleaned because money was tight at the time. I finally prioritized getting it some professional help from them and picked XLNC based off their reviews, and they got it fully out. You’d never know I had a cherry pie spill all over the front seat. I just had my car cleaned again by XLNC because I had spilled garlic olive oil dinner takeout all over the back passenger seat. To add to the time factor, later this Winter we are planning on driving up to friends who live in bear country and were told explicitly by our friends to be wary of even leaving gum or mints in the car cause bears can smell it and will break in to eat whatever food item is in there; it has happened to their neighbors. I started to panic imagining a brown bear who loves Italian food hitting up our car. I had tried to get an appointment asap after I smelled / saw the stain but, with the heavy rain storm and conflicts on my end it ended up being an extra two weeks before I could schedule the appointment. At that point I was just hoping for enough chemicals to cover up the food smell, even if the stain wouldn’t come out. I know how rough oil is on fabric and have tried to get stains out clothing and failed miserably. But XLNC came through again: Ty was amazing. He was communicative, told me what to expect, gave me a rundown of his process and then proceeded to not only eradicate the smell but he got the entire stain out. He called me up when done and gave me a rundown on what to expect for the remainder of the drying and we were all good to go. 10/10. I love XLNC, you guys are the best. Thanks for pulling through!

I trusted XLNC Auto Beauty's Oakland branch to handle a detailed cleaning of my BMW 330i after their website and technician assured me they specialize in professional handling of tough jobs, like bodily fluid cleanup. My car was in excellent condition, driveable with low mileage and no issues prior to the service. The detailing was to address vomit located on the passenger seat, window, door jamb, dash, carpet, and seat belt — not in the center console. Instead, their service caused major damage to my car's electrical system by leaving cleaner moisture in the center console (as found by the repair shop), which damaged the iDrive control unit and parking brake system. This resulted in $4,000+ in total costs (e.g., detail, tow and repair) and left me without a vehicle for nearly two weeks. I gave the company 10 days to respond and resolve the issue with full documentation of the damages, repair reports, and invoices. Unfortunately, they have not taken accountability for their mistake. If you value your car, think twice before trusting XLNC Auto Beauty. Mike was collaborative and willing to work with me to come up with a detailing package that worked for my needs. My engine and dashboard had some playa dust and they did a wonderful job removing it. Once the car was ready, the team asked me to take a look to make sure I was satisfied and they corrected the spots that were missed before handing the car back to me. Final outcome was a very shiny and clean car!

Have to say, Ty had to work very hard to clean my car, i have not taken very good care with it. He worked miracles! I am so pleased! He even found $$ under the seat and yep, gave it to me! Had no idea it was there. He also had to clean an oil spill under the car so my mechanic could see and fix the leak. Very very pleased. There is a very nice lounge you can relax in while waiting! AND they can come out to your home! Definitely another plus to using them again ...

Todd from XLNC did an amazing job cleaning our Tesla model Y which was dirty both in and out from life with two kids under 5. He came on time and was very professional. It was pricey but the service matched the price. I’ll probably take a lower level of package next time but will definitely use XLNC again.

Easy to book! Friendly service! And they did a phenomenal job on my GL450- a pretty big car with a lot of pet hair, kid wear and almost 4 years of a car that saw a lot of travel. Booked a same day mobile service with XLNC and was so impressed! My car had been beat up from a weekend of hauling gardening materials and months of toddler snacking and muddy dog hauling. Ty did amazing work and spent a lot of time paying attention to every detail. The price was more than fair for the quality of the detailing. Highly recommend!

I have a mommy car subscription with XLNC it has been wonderful! The bi-weekly cleaning keeps my car in tip top shape from my kiddos and the snacks that are always on the floor! Christian always comes with a smile on his face and is very thorough... he even noticed a small tear by my wheel that I quickly got serviced at the car dealership. I would not have noticed it but he is super detail oriented and I appreciate it so much! Would highly recommend their services.

Ty did an AMAZING job on my car! I am seriously blown away at how different it looks! I was given the car by someone someone who used it as a work car and a car to take paintballing - so it was DIRTY! Ty got it looking super fresh. I’m very pleased!

Very happy I found XLNC Auto Beauty! They did such a good job. I had never had a car detailed before, but there was sunscreen smeared all over the seats so I wanted to try out a professional service. These guys worked diligently until it was all removed and it looks top notch! They have excellent work ethics, and I’m really glad that I came here! Highly recommend. They truly want their customers satisfied. The lounge is very nice to wait in as well.
