I moved to Philadelphia from Miami and wanted to find a mechanic that I felt I could trust. I feel like I found it. Xavier’s Auto Care is extremely transparent and they don’t try to push you on fixing things that you don’t need. The only thing they’re concerned about is the health of your car. They’ll tell you everything that’s wrong after diagnosis and you decide what you wanna prioritize. They’ll give you suggestions with what they feel is strongly encouraged to fix. I truly appreciate them and will be back for my next service. I gave 4 stars because I’ve only had one visit. After my next few visits I’ll revise and adjust rating.

Well pleased with the service. Especially Luis keeping me posted about the status of the mirror. The 3 week estimate is what I anticipated. The delivery, the sending out, picking up all factored in the estimated time of service. People always underestimate the logistics in getting something done. But, no complaints here. My ford escape began yelling and coughing up black smoke under the hood one night. Me and my daughter were so scared and we immediately hoped out to call the fire department. I just moved in the neighborhood and Xavier Auto popped up 2 mins away from my house. The next morning I called and the Owners were so good to me. I had a tow And Took my car off the flat bed to the garage. There Xavier auto center got me approved for a loan and the fellas went straight to work. Diagnostic took no more than a hour and it was clear that my starter needed to be replaced. In 4 hours my car was completely fixed with updates and prices adjustment were communicated to me as the team worked. Today My car is back on the road and my family is truly grateful. With my husband passing away in 2018 life has been rough and service is sometimes pricey for women. Thank you for be a truly trustworthy business.

I would highly recommend Xavier’s Auto Center. Being a single mother tight on money they worked with me and finding the best solution to get my daughters car back on the road within 2 days. I was updated when they started work and provided full disclosure with photos of the work as it was done.

Xavier’s is a terrific business. Samuel did an amazing job diagnosing and treating my mini cooper. It is so hard to find mechanics who are willing to work on Minis, but Samuel was so attentive, checked in with me daily, sent photos, videos, and explained the whole process. My car needed a lot of work, and yet Samuel didn’t try to do more than the car required. This is a very special place. Highly recommend!

I had a lot of water damage to my car. I honestly thought my car was totaled. The gentleman here brought my car back to life !!!! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED !!!!!

I highly recommend Xavier's auto! They were upfront, professional, thorough, and did quality work. They also re-key remote fobs, which a lot of small shops don't do - there are only a few instances when you need this service, but it's super clutch (and less expensive than the dealership) when you do!

After having check engine light come on and go off a few times, we took it to Xavier’s (after not loving the previous mechanic we have gone to-not feeling confident in their knowledge of our Prius). They patiently explained the codes that came up and what each might mean and clearly had experience working with a hybrid vehicle! I would recommend their shop to anyone looking for trustworthy service and excellent customer service!

First time coming to this auto shop. I came to get a coolant leak fix. Customer service is amazing. Samuel is a good help, kept me up to date to any car problem I have. He literally will send videos and pictures to let you know wassup. Price is reasonable. He would help any way that he can. Thanks to him and the staff. Cool people!

I received high quality, timely, and considerate service here. When they assessed the needs of my vehicle, I received pictures, explanations, and recommendations within the same day. Other shops were unable to meet the needs of my hybrid vehicle, but Xavier’s are knowledgeable and equipped to work with hybrid cars. Samuel provided comprehensive options by phone for various parts and was transparent about service and labor costs (which are very reasonably priced). He worked very hard to make sure my service stayed within my budget, which is not something I’ve ever experienced before. He was gracious and patient with me as I figured out payment plan options that would work for me. He even threw in a quick light fix using a part I ordered on Amazon and didn’t charge (again, something I’ve never seen before). I can’t express my gratitude enough for the level of care and respect Samuel offered me. I’ll only trust Samuel and Xavier’s with my car moving forward.

Solid shop. For whatever reason most shops in Philly hear the word hybrid and decline to do service. Been going to a dealership and having sub par service. Took it here and had a great experience. Got a full list of up coming services and will be returning to get it handled.

These Mechanics are top notch. There are too many positive things to say. Infact this rating will likely result in more business for this shop which in return will cause longer service times for me and other regular customers. 🙄 BUT these guys are honest... proven by the photos they supply. They're patient... proven by the described plan given to me AND the conversations I've overheard with other customers. They have an organized scheduling system, up front pricing and provide text updates. I could go on and on about the reasons to use this repair shop, but I recommend you give them a try like I did. Now I'm a repeat customer for services to my 2012 GMC. Thanks Luis and the other friendly family mechanic whose name I forgot. I truly appreciate your service 💙

Xavier is one of da most trusted, truthful Auto Centers in Philadelphia. I personally can vouch for that. Employees are extremely friendly, honest 100+% true to there word. Brought an Infiniti G37x in for no acceleration and replaced throttle bodies. The car was a mystery problem for 3 other Garages and several random mechanics. Xavier’s Garage was able to diagnose and repair the Car to a great condition. They got the car up and repaired when no one else could! They kept us informed the entire time with pics, videos and explanations! Fair prices and respectful people! I would definitely recommend Xavier’s for any and all your mechanical issues. Infiniti is back on the road in great shape! Thanks Xavier’s!!!!
