I've been coming here for 5 years now, and have had only a few problems. After oil changes, my car was leaking oil. I would come back and they could fix it for free since I paid for the service. They were always happy to help and never gave me an attitude or negative feedback. After the 4th time of coming back to get the "leak" fixed, I notified Norm (the manager) of my issue and how I was frustrated to have to keep coming back after my service. Without question Norm ordered parts from my vehicles dealership ON HIS OWN ACCORD and got me back in to try and fix this issue for good. After ordering the part, he explained why it hadn't been working, and thar it might be a volkswagen issue, rather than it being a result of the service I was receiving. He replaced the part, with no additional cost, and did so with a positive attitude at every moment. I love coming here, and am a loyal customer. It feels like bringing my car to an uncles garage! It's homey, and efficient. With an oil change I'm in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you Wyoming Trucks & Lube!

We were from out of Town so always skeptical going to somewhere I’m not use to but Norm took us right away (and we were a walk-in, no appointment) and took care business and did it at a great price and in a timely, professional manner. The car wash wash excellent as well as our truck hadn’t been washed since we left home 6 weeks prior. I would highly recommend Wyoming Trucks Wash and Lube and will come here again next time we’re passing through Rock Springs, Wy. Many Thanks to Norm and Crew at Wyoming Trucks Wash and Lube!

Being schepical of quick lube joints, i.e. Wal mart an other quick lube locations from loose filters to loose drain plugs...Norm and his fellas from Wyoming Trucks wash and lube are spectacular. Other than doing it myself they are the only outfit I would trust. They run a tight ship and always do quality work.

I was on my way cross country from Boston to Ca. I am a woman travelling alone and wanted my car checked out in terms of fluids etc. before undertaking the trek across Nevada. I didn't make an appointment but called beforehand and spoke with Norm. He told me to stop by, which I did and he checked everything out. He was so kind and courteous and it really eased my mind about the upcoming trip. Thank you Norm.

I had an excellent experience with Norm and his crew. They were thorough (checking things I’ve never had checked for an oil change), valuable & competent…and they were friendly and professional!
