I would not recommend this place to anyone. I originally took my car there for a check engine light. They said it was an easy fix and it would only a couple hundred dollars. Shortly after getting fixed, the check engine light went on again. I had to take my car back FOUR times and they kept saying it was a faulty part or something. The final time I took it there, they said it was actually another issue and were going to try to charge me $2000 to fix it. However, they never refunded me for the first time they replaced a part for what was clearly not the issue. I would never, ever go back here.

I’ve come to Wycliffe a few times over the years for multiple different issues with my truck and each trip is a pleasant experience. From Lily at the front desk to the workers and everything being explained to me upfront, I will definitely continue coming back.

Only go to this mechanic if you have no where else to go. Brought my car because the radiator was busted and they charged me $1100 for the radiator, fan, and temperature gauge. When I asked to see the work completed the lady at the desk said be careful with your tone because you are coming off aggressive. First of all, I asked nicely without raising my voice and secondly with her responding like that shows me that this has happened before and didn't turn out well. Any mechanic that is offended when asked to show the work completed is a red flag. Go here at your own risk

They were so friendly and used my Groupon when they didn’t even have to because I didn’t have an appointment!! They were fast and efficient and the lady at the front desk truly goes above and beyond for all of her customers

Great place and provides car wash with the paid state inspection via Groupon. There was a problem with my appointment but they still squeezed me in and completed the inspection quickly and smoothly.

I came for a state inspection and complementary car wash,first the front desk lady asked me for an appointment,I just walked in but I got a prompt and good service, I would definitely recommend this business.

After being scammed by the McGill Toyota dealership, my experience with Wycliffe Automotive, Julian and his team, was a breath of fresh air. I could tell by my initial phone call with Julian that I made the right call. He was knowledgeable and friendly even before I brought my car in. On Saturday morning, I dropped my car off after a quick conversation about the problem. In 2 hours my car was repaired and I had saved 1000 dollars and had peace of mind about my vehicle. Julian was friendly, constantly communicated updates, and even sent me photo evidence so that I could get my money back from the dealership. THANK YOU, from a single female that needed an advocate.

My girlfriend came in to validate a (questionable) defect and quote provided by others on her RAV4 headlight assembly. I am very satisfied with the service and troubleshooting from Wycliffe, they maintained excellent communication while they had the vehicle and photos (confirming that this suggested defect was not present) for our records. Knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The jankiest place ive been to! Theyre gonna penny pinch you. They told me i need a new coolant fan after telling me i only needed a new tube and thermostat, i refused to pay for it then thet said oh nevermind it works fine. The guy with the mohawk is a little rude and they charged me 35 extra dollars for putting coolant in my car which was only water and i already had coolant in my car that i couldve filled for free, mind you i did fill up my coolant even before pulling up to them, this is a bad place plus i was here from 9am to 2pm NEVER COMING BACK!! My AC DOESNT BLOW AS COLD OR HARD ANYMORE , THEY FIXED ONE THING AND BROKE ANOTHER

They charge 900 to change a radiator of a 2020 Honda Accord. Still haces the original radiator, they basically charge 900 for a coolant flush
