They fixed it in just five minutes, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me—just asked me to come back next time for any services I might need. Such generosity and excellent customer service are rare, especially in the U.S. Their kindness inspired me to pay it forward. On my way home, I came across a couple with a flat tire. I had a manual air pump in my car and was able to help them out. Seeing their gratitude made my Friday even better! As always. I called ahead. They had room on they're schedule for inspections. Got in. Both inspections were done within the hour.

I repaired and repainted my rear bumper at this shop and they guaranteed for life. Less than a year later, part of the paint around the center of the bumper was bubbled at first and automatically peeled off later. It was the size of the adult's fist and I can see the old paint through it. I showed it to the guy who guaranteed, manager? may be. He looked around and pointed it out that there was a small scratch on the right corner of the bumper and it could be caused by the impact for the paint was peeled off. BUT, the scratch and the peeled off spot was almost 2 feet away. What a great life time guarantee it can be! They say when you put the your car into their garage but when your car leave the parking lot of theirs, no life time guarantee no matter what. I think I was so naïve.

The guys here are polite and professional. I love them because they are genuine people. The place is well kept compared to other shops. They are good at keeping your car clean while in service which is wonderful. We've taken our cars here for tires and inspections. Would trust them for other repairs as well.

They've always been honest and professional when I get an oil change or other work done. Come early if you want to wait for your car, the wait time gets long by midday!
