They got mad when I told them I'd replace my starter myself then decided to try to charge me storage fee after I said I didn't want them replacing my starter without ever mentioning any storage fees and refused to release my car back. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Place needs new employees

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I paid Wrench2U around 5k in MAY to pick up my vehicle, replace the engine and do an oil change and a coolant flush and replacement. They said it would be done in two weeks. They gave me the runaround every day saying it would be fixed the next day and next day and next. They kept my vehicle for a MONTH and once it was finished they kept it saying they wanted to drive it around to make sure it was good instead of just giving it back to me. My number was BLOCKED. I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle just to be told that the belt had broken and they needed to fix it. Mind you all of this should have been done. Customer service 0/10 Respect for my time and patience 0/10 Professional Attitude 0/10. I got my car back today just to find that the AC does not work!! Instead of going back to get a refund or have them fix what they broke further, I'm opting to simply go to a different shop. I will NEVER use this shop again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Your faulty response shows how much you truly do not care for your customer. Firstly, it wasn’t an expenrience that we “hoped for” it is what you let us know would be the time frame. Please do not try and throw your lack of communication and competence on to us. Secondly the ac wasn’t broken. If it would have been you would have quoted us for that instead of the coolant that you said we needed verses an ac fix. The AC was working perfectly until we ran out of coolant, which was all we needed. Lastly I’m sorry the presence of me (her boyfriend) and my friend (our ride to the shop because you refused to deliver our car) frightened you, but if you don’t want black people in your shop then please just say that. Trust me nor my family will ever come into your shop where we received terrible service, shoddy work, and now racial profiling.

Twice now I’ve been stranded due to car issues, Josh and his people have gotten my car towed, all problems fixed, and had it ready again in a more than timely fashion and extremely reasonable price. Could not recommend this company enough.

We placed trust in them, paid $150 for a truck inspection, got a $6k repair quote. After persistent attempts to contact Josh, someone else called back, admitting a $3k quoting error without an apology. Disappointed, we opted for Ford, charging us $7k instead. KMA. & Josh grow some Balls .

Josh and his team were great to work with. I was in a pinch before needing to leave town and they were able to pick my car up and get the job done. They are quick, honest, and have good transparent pricing. I will be using Wrench 2 U for all of my future automotive needs!

I called Josh on 10/26 told what was going on with my 81 el camino ,said he was familiar with the wiring he has/had a 79. Received an email for 1pm for 10/27 I got a no show Josh text me what can he do to fix it..i said what time, he txt Saturday 10/28 before noon another no show. Recivied a txt were on our way... guess what...ANOTHER NO SHOW... I just don't get it... WOW
