Here’s my experience with worry, free RV I couldn’t ask for a better company to come work on my Cedar Creek fifth wheel Brian and his wife Cassandra own an operate worry free rv and he has been on the top of my house fixing my AC and Cassandra is up there too with him and he fix my black tank and she’s under that house with him and they’re reasonable on their rates And he always answers all my questions and I have him on speed dial and if you’re smart, you’ll call them too, if your AC goes out, give them a call they come out quick and their affordable. I didn’t mean to write a book but honestly, you can’t go wrong with worry free RV. Thanks, c Vaden

So brain and Kandra with worry free rv are so amazing! They always come out quick and fix whatever needs fixed and does really good work. Answers questions and helps anyway they can. They are like family to us now. Would recommend to all my peeps.

This company changed their name, they were Stress Free RV. I paid them to seal the roof of my RV. I should’ve done it myself, it would’ve been a better job. All of the caulking they put around the edges was coming off as I was driving down the road. See the photos. The caulking was big and bulky, not smooth. Big chunks of it in places. This RV was only a year old when they worked on it. It had no leaks. I was just doing preventative. After they worked on it it started leaking inside. I will never use this company again. After I left this review the owners of the company called my personal phone and texted me, angry I left them a 1 star review. I had not listed everything they worked on that I had to pay to have fixed or fix myself on my way to Colorado in my original review I will list it now, as it wasn’t one “mistake.” They repaired my toilet water line, when I arrived in Colorado the toilet was leaning on its side, they didn’t properly secure after working on it. I had to fix this while on my vacation. My lights were not working when I took the RV to them, they cut the original factory plug off, causing the cord to be too short and added a janky attached end plug where water can get inside and rust it out causing a short in the wiring. See photo. Not only that, they did not wire up the reverse lights. I had to pay, again, to have it repaired. I have informed the owner and his wife if they continue to call, text and harass me because I left a review I will file a complaint and request a restraining order. This is not one mistake, this is overall bad workmanship. A business owner should never call their customer angry about a review, they should do better work in the first place. When work is this bad, a person cannot trust the same company to “make it right.”

They have been the best I have used them with a hot water heater, fridge repair, sink repair, shower pipe busted they have been great and honest people

Brian helped us out when one of the jacks on our motorhome would not retract. He quickly solved the problem and after getting a replacement Jack for us and drove an hour to where we were staying and replaced it. Honest and very nice he saved the day for us!

I'm from out-of-state and parked at a truck stop. They met me on site, evaluated the problem and quoted me a reasonable price and were able to schedule repairs for the very next day. Prompt, professional, and friendly. Would recommend.
