My wife and I were visiting Harrison from Mountain Home. I was in the process of being discharged from the hospital after a surgery, when my wife realized we had a flat tire. The first tire place I called said they couldn’t help us. Worley Tire Service was different, they had Jeff there within 15 minutes. He pumped up the tire, had my wife follow him to the shop and they repaired the tire and checked the other three for a charge of $22. My wife was back at the hospital to pick me up within an hour. I can’t tell you the relief of having this problem resolved when I was physically unable to do it. If you need help with tires- Worley is the answer!!

Every time I go to Wally's tire, the service is excellent. The personnel are very courteous and helpful and today again was just check something out for me and didn't cost me a dime. They always seem to know what I need. Best.

If you want a tire company that will back its manufactures mileage warranties, DO NOT BUY FROM WORLEY. Bought 4 new Mastercraft trail tires at Worley Tire for my 3500 Duramax. These had a 55k mile manufacturer warranty that I was excited about. 36k miles in my tires are as bald as a coot. Brought the receipt into Worley along with evidence of proper tire rotations expecting them to help me work with Mastercraft to honor their manufacturers warranty and get some sort of credit towards my next set of tires. The lady behind the counter came up with a bunch of excuses for the manufacturer saying that "the milage listed is more like a guide line" and a bunch of other things that would discredit me from being able to get Mastercraft to honor their warranty. I know better, so I took my business back to Discount Tire. It was totally worth the drive! Discount Tire got me the credit from the manufacturer and hooked me up with a new set of tires. I'm not sure if the management at Worley is ignorant or just purposely misleading their customers but don't ignore the milage rating of a tire, and DON'T expect Worley to stand by their products. Worley Tire lost a customer for life and I will be spreading the word.

Took my new car with a donut, due to flat and Worley's fixed the flat. They put a plastic stem cap instead of the original metal and colored fancy cap, asked they find mine, and they did, frustrating but ok. I had also asked the other 3 tires be checked since we're at weather changes and the guy said he did but HE DID NOT. By now I'm getting really frustrated, dude lied to me. Pulled back in obviously frustrated and another guy says take it somewhere else! I go in the customer area and another guy goes to my car to take care of it. Since when are employees allowed to act like the one who lied about doing his job or refusing to finish something they started?

Love this place, these folks take care of their customers. I’ve had tires repaired, alignments, and new purchase tires. They’re always very fast and very fair priced. I would recommend this place hands down!

Ordered the tires we needed quickly. It always takes longer to get in and out than they say it will. They say 1 hour..add 30 minutes to another hour on to that. Would have given 5 stars if not for that and the price. Use to be cheaper than others in town. Now the cost is the same as every other tire shop.

These guys are worth the wait, I have brought 2 vehicles to them for an alignment and they got them both spot on. One was a brand new 6 month old truck and a front wheel drive car, after taking my truck to toyota for tire rotation they messed up my alignment so I took it to Worley tire in harrison and bam FIXED. I was lucky and got in same day I was so thankful.
