disregard for customers, don't go to them at all, I called them 3 times and asked if they had my tire size, they confirmed three times that they did and could change it, I came to them and I drove 45 minutes to them to change it, what a surprise I was when I arrived and found out that they didn't have that size and that they could only order it, you'd have to wait 4 days! After that, I started to get indignant and call them, to which they simply turned off the phone, sent me away and stopped answering

Patches cost $45 here. I understand that inflation is hitting but damn for those prices I might as well buy used tire. Go to local Mom and pop shops in Oakland there’s not many of them left but the ones that are are still there for a reason because they do a really good job and they have loyal customer base that trust them. I went to a mom and Pop shop in Oakland for the same service. They charged me $25. It’s a really quick procedure to get a patch. You do not have to pay an arm and a leg for it.

They were amazingly fast, they repaired from inside and outside of the tire to repair my tire that had a large puncture from a 3 inch long nail. Perhaps they took like 5 minutes max to deal with it including detaching the wheel from our Honda. I feel bad that I didn't get the name of the person who was working there but the business card said Zia & Usman. They also offer services like computerized wheel alignment, wheels balancing, brakes & rotors, synthetic oil change, shocks, CV axle, controls arms, wheel bearing, diagnosing check lights according to the business card. I'd highly recommend Zia and Usman's service to everyone who is having auto issues like these above. They were friendly, hard-working people I'd totally trust. And I hope their business goes very well, they deserve it. The price was very reasonable and again they were so fast to deal with the issues after diagnosing. Very knowledgeable bunch of good people.

Amazing customer service, they are fast and reliable. I went to lexus dealership they were charging me $105 to fix my tire while this shop only charge me $35 to fix my tire. The prices are decent at this shop. Highly recommended!

Very nice and caring people here, I hit a pothole while driving on 23rd st the tire completely flat when I pull in to this gas station and my car doesn't has spare tire, the gentlemen here are very helpful and caring, they tried to pump air for my tire later found out there is a crack on the tire wall, they found a used tire to put on so that I can keep going, while they are closing. thanks guys!
