I just left World AutoTech and was assisted by Kyle and the rest of his staff. I come here frequently to get my oil changes and inspection stickers on my vehicles. Finances for me are really tight right now and after going to Auto-zone and purchasing a battery from them, they didn’t feel comfortable putting it in my vehicle for me. Kyle and his team put the battery in for me in less than 10 minutes without charge. I can’t explain how grateful I am to him and his team for always being professional, fair, and understanding. World Auto Tech has a team of kind hearted, hard working people who care about the community! If you have any vehicle concerns, I would definitely recommend going to their facility to get assistance! You’ll leave feeling respected as a customer and human being with your vehicle in better condition than when you brought it to them.

Unfortunately my vehicle was stolen and World Tech Auto assisted me in making a bad situation better, Mike was very helpful in rectifying the situation, had to pay out of pocket but the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this establishment, they definitely care about the service they provide, very empathetic to my situation. I appreciated the great service.

Had a car accident on monday, September 30, went to this "storage" Thursday same week to pick up my personal belongings and to sign a release form. A week later they said I didn't sign, so I requested to sign by email after they tried several times that has to be in person. Today 2 weeks later called to ask for the form again at 440pm and they said that they close at 5pm and have to call at 9am tomorrow........they are still open but they want to charge $250 extra. World Tech Auto, are you making money out of people's accidents? This is not even a service, you're making money out of misleading, manipulation and extortion. In no court, you will win this case.

Mike was very helpful informative about my work van’s issue, and he was very honest with the damage that was caused by my door. I thought it was major damage with the hinges but he was able to fix everything else without having to order the expensive hinges. So he was able to cut the price in half from the original quote he gave me. Communication was phenomenal and great work! Mike also walked me to the van to go over the repairs and make sure I was happy before I paid for the services.

Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car is currently at World Tech. Mike and Michelle are helping me a lot with this. I hope Progressive will complete the necessary inspection soon so I can get my car back.

I am very satisfied with the work that world tech performed for me they did a wonderful job with fixing my vehicle.They went above and beyond to ensure that the insurance company did right by me.However they said that dealing with ALLSTATE insurance was Hell. But they got things handled for me.

I can't even put in to words how terrible my experience was. If I could give zero stars, I would. Cars doesn't even drive right after 7 weeks of being there. Run as fast as you can away from this shop.

My son Hyundai Elantra was stolen and damaged in Houston while he was visiting family in Mansfield Texas. We did not see the actual damages. From the description from insurance adjuster it had a lot of damages. When Worldtech completed the work on the car it looked like a brand new car. Good customer service!
