Woodie’s had my 2020 BMW 330i for 2 days working very hard to fix the engine coolant problem which they couldn’t fix but not for yeoman trying. I would go back to Woodie’s in a heartbeat for such good service.

Brought my vehicle in for a leak on the side/back headliner in the back seat. After doing a water test and claiming they had cleaned out the sunroof drain lines they said I needed to spend $800 to change the 3rd brake light as there was a leak there (no where near where the leak was on each side of the car). I trusted them after taking my wife’s car there for repairs. 2 days after this repair the leak was no better after rain (I brought the car back when it was raining to show them no improvement). They told me I needed to reseal the back windshield for another $200. I ended up pulling back the headliner myself to discover the sunroof drain lines FULL of dirt. I blew those out and put everything back and did a water test at the shop and there was no leak. They would only refund me the diagnostic fee of $130 out of the $800 I had spent to “fix the problem”. They handled this completely wrong after misdiagnosing the leak. I told them I’d pay for the price of the new brake light ($200) but felt like I should be refunded my $600 since their repair did nothing. Shame they can’t admit they were wrong on this one and do the right thing. Won’t be bringing any business back to them ever again.

I can’t believe you asked me to leave a review!! Made an appointment, drove all the way there and you proceeded to tell me that it would be a 3 hour wait for someone to diagnose what was wrong with the car. And you wanted to charge me $144.00 for the diagnosis. What good is making an appointment? I can’t believe that you’re even still in business with these practices. I wouldn’t let you work on my bicycle!

Got an oil change and they did not reset my oil indicator inside my car. Also left grease marks from an air hose on my passenger rear bumper. They did not wipe the grease off. Good people in the office though

So my other half took my truck here, which he should never have okay. So they had my truck is was told tbat they didn't know who the truck belong to which it was towed and I know that's a lie anyway was told today from Billy today that he was told it was an electrical problem so your thinking that they will do a full diagnostic check wrong i was told from Billy the manager that tbey only diagnostic the problem you tell them so at this point I'm angry 😠 so I brought my truck home and assume it was fixed I was wrong the truck didn't start so yes I called and yes I wanted my money back all 860.54 worth of nothing you did to my car. So today I spoke to the district manager Brandon that I also recorded told me that I will not get my money back because I didn't let them finish my car???? So when I was handed my keys and given the paperwork and made the payment dont that means job done!!! So you want to keep people money and car was not fixed and no one from the shop reached out at all we had to reach out about the truck.. and please call me a lier because you were both recorded.. yall conducted bad busy and Billy you did say that woodies was family owned!!!! Please stay away from this shop because you are wasting your hard money for nothing and the District Manager Brandon white is a waste of time to speak with take your business else where!!! First off Billy your full of crap let's get that straight and nothing was wrong with my fuse box at all I have you recorded saying you only do the work that customer tell you!!! And also I will see you in court for my money and third the ground wire to my truck was the issue for you to be a professional shop!!! When you do a diagnostic check you test the hole truck, car Billy am I clear!!!! You are horrible and you will not be blessed, sweetheart you obviously don't know nothing about cars as I know i do but again I will never come send anyone to your shop ever you or Brandon white!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! they charged me for a brand new power steering kit TWICE and they put used refurbished parts in my truck. Thieves and they prey on people. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Woodie's. The staff was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the diagnosis. My car was repaired in one day and I did not have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I highly recommend Woodie's Auto Service.

It was easy to get an appointment to take my vehicle in. Check-in was easy. Vehicle checked-out throughly. Service I requested was promptly completed and ready for pick-up that same day. Shuttle service was an added plus.

Really good guys there. Told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it. And didn't take all day also a great thing I liked they have a shuttle, they brought me home and came a picked me back up to get my vehicle and the driver was a really nice guy.

Billy, one of the mechanics, is very professional and understanding. He worked with me and found a solution to my car problem. This is the first mechanic shop that actually care about their customers. Moving forward I will bring all my vehicles here for all of my car repairs. I recommend them above all other repair shops I have used.
