GREAT CREW! SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIX PROBLEM ON MY VEHICLE THAT I PREVIOUSLY TRIED TO FIX AN MESSED UP AN SINCE THEY WERE UNABLE TO CORRECT MY ISSUES THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME!! UNHEARD OF IN THESE TIMES 🙏🙏🙏GRATEFUL THANKFUL ..BEEN GOIN HERE FOR YEARS AND I WILL CONTINUE.

This was a great experience the office mgr Johnny was just a pleasure to talk to and he explained everything that they did and what would be needed in the future! I will definitely tell my friends about this shop! And the other workers were so into doing the job all u could say was hi! Great people at this branch!

Woodie's on Ashley Rd has been a great experience. Although the issue was a known "bulletin" issue, I believe they still tried every possible thing to try and fix it. They also texted me a summary of every procedure and test that they used. When they couldn't find the issue, they charged me a very minimum fee, which was greatly appreciated.

Made a trip to Charlette NC from Savannah. My car started having some front end issues and I didn’t want get back on the road until I knew if I could make it. I found Woodies Auto Repair on line. Rae was like a family member I just met, she didn’t pressure me to get any repairs I didn’t need and told me exactly what was wrong and that I could make it back home. I was able to make it home after a 4 hr drive in the POURING RAIN!!!

They took advantage of my elderly Dad. $1800 to mess up his car even more. He went in for a SIMPLE air hose leak and when he got his car back, on the way home the oil gauge was bouncing back and forth and the Check Engine light was on, it wasn’t on BEFORE he took the car to their shop. The car in all was completely fine besides the air hose leak. When my Dad went back to tell the employee (Edward) all of a sudden when they pulled his car back around and they “found” a wire pulled from the power source… they charged $400 to fix it. They charged him for services they didn’t even complete… and if my Father who is a mechanic could fix it himself he would’ve but again this is a perfect example of people taking advantage of the elderly. I assure you, I won’t let this go. I know this company has had a bad reputation as a whole but I NEVER thought they’d stupe so low!

It was great! Professional staff, quality care, and family owned. My husband was very impressed also. p.s. the waiting room was nice. You don't see that often at an auto care center. We would definitely come back.

If you want the stereotypical dishonest mechanic experience, come here: 1. They gave me quote of $864 for a new radiator. I found that too high and told them I'll call after sometime when I've decided. I call after 3hrs, another guy picked up and told me they could not go lower than $1050. 2. It took them less than 30min for diagnostics but they charged me full price for an hour.

If you want to deal with friendly, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics, then come here. My elderly parents recently traveled to CLT and ended up with a flat tire. Took it to Woodie’s without hesitation. They unfortunately couldn’t patch the tire because it was a sidewall puncture, but they got my dad set up with his spare. They charged us an amazing price for the work done, and the fellas Tony and Johnny were beyond nice.

I was coming in from out of town and broke down in South CLT. Called the first one that popped up and feel so lucky it was Woodie's. They said have it towed here and we will get you taken care of. Everyone there was helpful and happy, seems like everyone enjoyed being there. They found out what was needed and ordered parts for early morning fix the next day. I waited around in their plush waiting room and they had me back on the road earlier than I was even planning on heading home. Cannot say enough good stuff about Charlotte airport Ashley Road Woodie's! Thank you!

They charged me $703 for front brake pads and rotors plus a brake fluid flush and replace. I thought that was high but what do I know. Took about 2-3 hours due to ordering the wrong part. All in all not a terrible experience.

They replaced our popped tire while it was very early in the morning after a red eye flight, and did it fast and had a very nice lounge to relax in, and the man in the front was kind and understanding. This is one of the best service places I've been to! :)

I hit something and there was a horrible noise coming from underneath. I stopped in without an appt and they took care of me right away. 20 minutes later and I was on my way! Very nice people!

I left my job and got a nail in my tire and pulled into Woodie's to see if it could be repaired or if they could put my spare tire on. Johnnie was working the desk and he was very helpful. Him and his team got to work quickly and put the spare on as the tire couldn't be patched. They were very friendly people and would def recommend them.

Oil and oil filter changed. They topped off all the fluids, and checked the air pressure in my tires. Printed off things that need to be taken care of at next visit.

Woodie's Auto Service & Repair is the best! I recently had my Transmission fluid, Steering Wheel fluid, Engine Fuel Cleaning and Engine Oil Change getting ready for Winter. I had a 2005 Honda Accord LX. My old car always needs tender professional care. And I am so glad Woodie's Auto Service & Repairs is located in my neighborhood. Excellent work!
