My dad put my car in their shop for two full weeks. Had a problem getting the car to start when the temperature dropped below 30 degrees outside. Called up there after a week to see where the repairs were. Was told that there was nothing wrong with it at all. Was argued with when they were told that there were problems and there was now way they had looked at the car. Turns out they confused my car with another they had up there, and had never even touched my car. Finally, The shop diagnosed it as an issue with the Alternator, alternator pulley, and serpentine belt. Quoted $1200. Agree to repairs on what was diagnosed. Four days later, get a call saying that there is an issue with a bolt that needs to be bored out and replaced. Quote is now up to $1600. Agree to that as well. Finally get the car done and go to pay. Afterwards, check the invoice and they charged me for a replacement of the water pump and a new screw. Nowhere had anyone mentioned anything about a water pump, let alone that it needed to be replaced. Never gave permission to replace said part. Final price $1300. Never even replaced the alternator or any of the pulleys that they had mentioned.

Car was diagnosed. Authorized work to be done. When picking up the car paid invoice and left. After leaving realized they did not perform the work they diagnosed, but did perform a different service without authorization. Tried calling corporate office. No one working after 2pm on Friday and just called today and no one in office again to speak to.

New to the area. I asked for a courtesy diagnostics read and was eventually told it’s $150 for a diagnostics read. Just for a read. The guy had zero personality. Will never go back for any reason. Off to Autozone for a free diagnostics read!

1. Their knowledge is limited on EU cars. 2. Charge over 160 to diagnose the issue and told me it was transmission. Told me I’m better of to get it rid of the car. I took it somewhere else and it was the compressor. Transmission is perfectly fine. 3. Went to do a simple oil change, they did other stuff (without my approval), and they didn’t even help my car, but charged me over $500. Overall, I’m disgusted by this kind of business model who take advantage of their customers. I regret going there and will take my business somewhere more honest.

I'm super bad because of the experience I have with Woodie's, they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to take $300 from the TPMs sensors. They charged me $300 but the TPMS light is still on the screen. they are not able to solve and did not want to return the money.

First visit so I hesitate to put the fifth star but I was impressed with the whole experience. The customer service was really great, friendly assistance, a ride home and back to get my car. They did exactly as I requested for service on my vehicle and offered a couple of upkeep options, but did not pressure me to do any unnecessary extras. I WILL VISIT THEM AGAIN!

I went to Woodie’s to initially get my tire pressure checked out. When we walked in Cade greeted us with a big smile! He helped us out quickly and assured me that I was going to be in good hands. I found the issue and replaced my spare with no charge. Cade’s customer service and customer relations are unmatched. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Cade! I recommend that everyone should take care of all their cars service needs at Woodie’s.

Old equipment. My tires still shake at highway speeds. Alignment is still off after getting aligned. Service writer at the front desk is rude and doesn't seem to know what he's talking about. Prices seem quite high and was told i need thousands of dollars worth of work when i know i dont bevause I do my own work. TV in waiting room doesn't work. Appears that they didn't pay the direct tv bill according to the message on the screen. Maybe other woodies locations are different but this one I would avoid.

Do not trust them to diagnose your car.. We took our Kia Sorrento there. They did not put the bolt back on the heat shield which cause a rattling sound. The check engine light was on. We told them it came up as the o2 sensors. It was smoking out of the tail pipe and making a noise when accelerating. We were told we needed an oil change and o2 censors. My husband informed them that we had an oil change, that the indicator was not reset. They charged us $174.40 to diagnose what we told them was already wrong. They quoted over $700 to change the o2 sensors and change oil. The sensors and oil (with a booster) with the filter were $253 so they were charging over $447 for an oil change and o2 sensors. 1hr 30 minutes max of work. We took it home and did these things and the car still smokes and it still says to change the sensors. They never checked the smoking out the tail pipe issue. They are a sorry excuse for a shop. I get better help at auto zone.

Actually wasn’t pleased to hear that you have to drop off vehicle for vehicle inspection.and I arrived at 9.00am in the morning. The front desk clerk said if I leave my vehicle it would be ready at lunchtime.. Being a retired vehicle inspector of 40 years could not imagine the logic of taking 3hours to complete a vehicle auto inspection..I can not give a good review for this business on Arrowood ave. The location is beside the Waffle House and next to Walgreens..The website did not mention an appointment was needed for auto inspection…thanks in advance for reading this review…sincerely James Miller retired vehicle inspector …

They were timely, had good service and their pricing was good!
