I brought my new 2024 lexus to this place because they did good body work on a previous car i had a few years ago biggest mistake i could of made... this body shop not only didn't do the work they charged my insurance for as you can see in pictures inprovided. this bodyshop also caused additional damages and they threw their hands up and walk away from my car.... whatever you do don't take your cars here they are horrible and the management Steve and Alan should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I have already filed a claim against them and still gave them a chance to fix my car because the suspension work they did was also bad my car now sits in my garage because its not safe to drive.

The customer service was good that is why I am leaving at least a two star review. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want half a work done to your vehicle.

If I could give you zero stars I would! So messing with Gene. Give the man his property back. Give him his tools. He considered you a friend and you took advantage of him. Gene is a well known man in the industry with a great work ethic. How do you think this is going to go for you? Just do the right thing! Picking on a man in his 90's is not right!

Just a word of advice , the bad publicity and view of the public is worth alot , it would be better to give Gene Winfield back his cars , if not the public opinion is strong and the amount of work you could lose from this may be drastic , I am sure there are always 2 sides to every story, but just give the 96yo his cars , let him live out the rest if his days with what he knows and owns not the stress of this , is the money really that important, and if u do keep the cars , do u think anyone in the hot rod world would respect you, my two cents I can't mention the work you perform or anything other than hearsay on this matter nor do I want to slander you , just remember alot of us are behind Gene fully

My friend has had the worst experience at this shop. The service provided was very poor and communication was nearly nonexistent. The owner of the shop is less than honorable.

What do you think you’ll accomplish by refusing to give 96 year old Gene Winfields property back? He’s given so much to the automotive culture and should be respected and yet you dishonor him by keeping his property. If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been in the automotive repair industry for decades and I will do everything I can to make sure that potential customers will know the truth ,you have no integrity. Give Gene his property back.

Couldn't even get an estimate from there. Took my car in last Thursday and they said they'd call me the next day. I called on Monday when they still hadn't called me back and they rushed me off the phone saying they'd call me back Tuesday. Still no call, I even checked voicemails and missed calls to make sure. I held off from getting my car fixed a whole week waiting on them. Thanks.

I had an accident with my neighbors parked car and Woodcrest Collision made it good as new. They were efficient and fairly priced. I was fortunate to use the right facility. The owner kept me aware of every phase of repairs.
