I’ve been a Wolfsburg customer for 10+ years. Not only is the service stellar, the whole team is amazing. Jim, Kyle, and the team are friendly, funny, and most of all, honest. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to talk to you and answer any questions. Best VW service in the tri-state area, hands down.

I do hate the wait, but the wait is worth it. After dropping off the car early in the morning I had a detailed text exchange with the shop later that afternoon: I was told all issues, given an estimate and the option to accept or decline each recommended repair line by line. When I went to pick up the next day the out the door price was below the estimate! I made another appointment to work on a maintenance issue a month out. This will now be my regular shop.

I have a 2013 Jetta TDI. I want to give a shout out to this repair shop for doing great work and being a cool, laidback team. I have had them do my 125K timing belt and oil changes. The car has given me very little trouble, so I only use these good people for routine stuff so far. But I am confident they can solve anything that comes up. My husband has had his older model A6 Audi worked on at Wolfsburg, and he has been very pleased over the last two years since we moved here. People say it hard to find a new dentist, hair stylist and doc when you move. Not me. I am really fussy about my auto mechanics, and I am already regretting the day I will say adios to this garage. If you have a German vehicle in the Memphis area, get in line and find a place on their very busy schedule.

They service my Audi S5 v8 regularly and I couldn’t be happier. They fixed an oil filter oil leak recently and did a walnut blast on my intakes ports and valves a few years ago. Only problem is they are so good that it takes about a month to get an appointment, but worth the wait. They are very straightforward. I would recommend them.

I normally do all my own work on my vehicles but I didn't have time this time and took it in. I've never left a mechanic not feeling I was ripped off until these guys, would absolutely return and recommend. Only reason for -1 star is the timeframe they gave for the repair was a bit off, would have caused problems if I didn't have a 2nd car.

Can’t say enough great things about this shop. They’ve been servicing my 2011 Golf TDI for two years now. Staff is friendly and they do great work. I recently had my skid plate come loose (no fault of Wolfsburg) and they replaced all the hardware free of charge on short notice. If you have an Audi, Porsche, or VW skip the stealership and support this small business!

There are not words to convey how much I love these guys. I have a 2013 VW Jetta Tdi, and honestly, it has been a nightmare, thanks to the whole emissions debacle. I have been forced (because of warranty issues) to take it to Gosset (both Covington Pike and Winchester) and have had the worst experiences at both places. I could really go on an all day rant about how awful they are, but that’s not why we’re here. Wolfsburg, y’all…they are absolute gems of human beings! They are the only reason I haven’t driven this car into the river (just kidding, USAA). They do great work and they are super trustworthy. You will not find better mechanics for your car.

I was very happy with the service . I had a transmission put in a 2013 VW . Made the appointment.... Kyle recommended a good wrecker service with a rollback truck. My car was ready before the recommended date. At pick-up the guys were happy fun to joke around with. Answered all my questions. It was a great experience.

Made an appointment to drop off a transmission for rebuild a month in advance. Removed the transmission from the car, dropped it off at the shop on the appointment date. I didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks so I called and was told it would be looked at in a few days. After not hearing from anyone for an additional 2 weeks (now 30 days after drop off) I stopped by as was told the job wasn't started. Picked it up and decided to do the job myself. The only gain was a new spider friend who built a web in the bell housing.
