Came in to the shop for a oil change and the young lady attended me quick and the gentle started on my vechile quick I wasn't in the shop more then ten minute. Best service ever . I recommend Wolf auto for any service done .

Currently working on a lawsuit against them I was charged for repairs that a week later I had to get re done by another shop after I expressed my concern to the front desk worker who I asked in what way can they help me I.E a partial refund or some kind of help she cussed at me and hung up the phone.

Do not rent from these people. They like to harass little girls and are very unprofessional. Unless you like to be taken advantage of and disrespected then go ahead ! :)

Dear google, is there any way to have a ZERO star rating? I feel this should really be an option, as far as this place i would rate it at a NEGATIVE. I believe the owner of this place is Abie Wolf? Really RUDE this man, aside from that he likes to name call people. I would caution people in going to this business, not very professional. Seems like they like over charging people, if this place has even one rating of 5 stars I would question it.

Took our daughter’s car here for repairs and it was a waste of $800! After the first “repairs” the issue continued and we took it back only to spend even more money… car is in same exact condition with the same issues we took it in for initially- same check engine light and same code for the “repairs” they did. Do not trust them. Also, kept the car for a week and they returned it with an empty tank when it was full when we dropped it off. I will take my business elsewhere rather than go back and get taken for more money.

We agreed on a price, after they were done with my vehicle they charged me more than 200 dollars on the amount agreed then frank said it was because of taxes.

Even the owner response to the negative shows their unprofessionalism and sarcasm, STAY AWAY from this shop, I repeat, STAY AWAY. The old man and lady at the counter are the definition of unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP

I DO NOT recommend this shop, very deceitful and unprofessional. I was a customer for a long time for oil changes and inspections. Today, the owner decided to charge me 80.00 for an oil change! I brought my own oil and filter! When I confronted him, he said that they’re now charging for the time. Stay away from this place! I’m very disappointed!

Took my 94 Honda to have radiator checked. And to check a idle problem that we were having.. He told me he could not pinpoint the problem on the idle Because it did not have a diagnostic checkplug for the machine. Hr said he would have to start off with different valves charging me different amounts every time. Until the problem ended. As for the radiator he replaced it ($400) After he replaced the radiator I checked it out, found that the radiator cap on the radiator was incorrect. He then told me that it was the correct one after a couple minutes of arguing he had another mechanic come and replace the cap which did sit on correctly. The newly replaced radiator started leaking 2 months later. When I called him about it, he said his work is only guaranteed for 30 days and that I would have to pay for tow truck to take to him. Also pay for new labor Charges on diagnosing where the leak was coming from. Then new labor charge to fix it he could. Worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. A very unhonest mechanic!! I would not recommend him to anybody!

Very friendly staff. Very efficient and speedy work. Inspections are fast. Great work on all things that have been repaired or serviced on my 3 vehicles. Never take a chance, stick with Wolf's because I know they will take care of me. Been with them for years and will continue to be a faithful customer. Very fair pricing!!!

Wretched customer service. They replaced a power steering belt and did not tighten it. When I called them back a few days later, Frank informing that he would not check his records to see if they had done the repair and that I needed to produce the original receipt in order to have them tighten it. At that time I couldn't find it. I contacted them a few days later, same thing. I finally found the receipt more than a month later and take it back to them and ask them to tighten it. The woman at the front informed me she was not going to repair it and I could just take it elsewhere. As I explained to her I shouldn't have to pay another mechanic to fix their shoddy work. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual reputable mechanic that has good customer service. As CEO of a local small business, I will definitely spread the word and make sure the rest of us do better by our customers.
