I had a wheel bearing start going bad on my 2005 van suddenly while returning to Texas. I called 3 shops who either were too busy or couldn't get to it until the end of the day (I had spent the night nearby so that I could get it fixed ASAP in the morning). Finally, the owner of shop #3 referred me to Wolf Tire & Muffler. I am SO glad he did. I explained I was from out of state, traveling home, and could they fix it soon. They made a call, I presume to check on parts, and said "Sure, bring it in and we'll take care of it!" I was there a short time later. They were so nice and accommodating. Shortly after the part was delivered they got right to it, fixed it, and charged me a very fair price considering I was done and driving away (smiling) just 2 hours after arriving. These are good people who really know their stuff. Recommended!

I would give a 0 called and scheduled appointment they had vehicle information and was told to put key and contact information in drop box which was done went after work and was told they hadn't checked drop box very unprofessional

I went there to get an exhaust leak fixed and they said they couldn't do it unless I cut the catalytic converters off and bring it back. A couple days later I went to Muffler and Auto Center and they got me in as soon as they finished working on a vehicle. They had my exhaust fixed in 15 minutes. They cut off the broken section, cut a new piece, flanged it and welded it back together. It's been 2 weeks and no new leaks.

I would give a zero star if it was allowed. We took our Ford f150 in there for brake problems. They told us it needed a few things including brake pads. 400$ later they told us they replaced brake pads and did something else, but we needed to take it to Ford. It needed some more work on the brakes. We drove it less than 4 miles from Wolfe to Ford........it took Ford 3 weeks to fix. But when we picked it up we were shocked to find out they had to replace the new brake pads.....they said Wolfe put the pads on backwards. They said we were lucky it didn't ruin anything as they were forced on backwards. We took the very damaged new brake pads back to Wolfe. They refunded us like 80$ for the cost of brake pads. They said they couldn't refund labor for putting them on wrong. We got the privilege of paying Ford for the parts and labor of putting new brake pads on. Thank goodness Ford knows how to fix brakes. In this economy you need to have mechanics that know what they are doing. It's not fun paying twice for something 🫣

Way overpriced one person made the comment in front of my mother that they needed $$$ when the guy drove my truck back out he rived up my motor the people are nice just to pricey and doing a single exhaust from headers to the rear end should definitely not take no 5 hours at most take 2 half to 3 hours reason saying that other place I went so much cheaper only took 3 hours at Jeff’s pipe & muffler/auto repair. thank you

Will never go back here wanted a front end alignment and went there and they told me that I needed tierods ends first before the alignment and I said ok. but then said I owed 35.00 for them to do nothing to my car was not told about the hiding fees they charge everyone and I was blamed for not asking about them

Took my car to Wolfe tire and automotive I got everything done in a day give or take so great job to the mechanic or mechanics! I had 4 new tires put on an alignment 2 cylanoids put on and plugs and wires and the price wasn’t bad and like I said they had it done in a timely manner and not to mention the lady at the front was very nice I definitely will be going back in the future but hopefully not to soon lol.

since I moved to Morristown I have been taking my truck to wolfe for oil changes i find them to be very friendly knowledgeable getting things done right at a fair price for me and my wife we trust wolfes they do it all and seem like one of the family when were there I recommend wolfes for any mechanical issues your car may have they do it all

The mechanics and office ladies at wolfe tire are really helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. I will definitely be going back for future needs
