Dropped off my vehicle to have an estimate done after getting into an accident. They didn't even pull it into the shop or open the hood or do anything than a very basic cursory inspection and then when I ask them what the damages were going to be they told me that they couldn't do an estimate because of prior damage..... There was no prior damage. The receptionist told me that they were booked out for the next several months and I believe they just did not want to deal with it and instead of referring me to another shop they neglected to do their job, which I don't understand why and was not able to get an explanation at all. Not very professional and do not recommend.

If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I cannot recommend Wizards enough! They had quite a wait list to get my car in, but it was more than worth the wait. The repairs done to my vehicle are seamless and it honestly looks like brand new. Wizards also went a step above and fully detailed the interior of my car. The employees were kind and so great to work with. I hope we don’t need any body work done on our vehicles in the future, but if we do, we will definitely come to Wizards again.

Did a body repair for me when my truck was rear ended. Wizard finished the repair on time and kept me updated on the repair. The work is excellent! I highly recommend them.

In today's world, everything takes longer. However, Wizard Auto was exceptional in getting my Jeep back into tip-top shape. Attention to detail was great, and they made sure to address all of my concerns. I hope to not get hit by an inattentive driver again, but if I do, I will be dropping my vehicle off here.

Reading about the place was impressive, met with Chris. All seemed very good, got insurance lined up and now being ghosted. It's been 2 weeks with no call back. Time to move on.

I can't say enough great things about Wizard Auto Body! Chris and Greg, for some reason, I want to call him Craig, but one of those is right. Apologies! Regardless, Chris and Greg-Craig were amazing, simply fantastic humans. Kind, patient, understanding, and would you believe this... BEYOND helpful! In 2023, no less. If you need Auto Body work and you're anywhere within 200 miles, do whatever you can to work with these guys. Pull the car with rope and your bare hands if you have to. Pull it until your sneakers wear out, go full, David Goggins. Who's going to carry the boats! I'm not kidding they went above and beyond helping me and my wife with a terrible situation after my wife was in an accident, and our insurance company was more than mishandling the situation and playing silly games. It took over 60 days to get things settled with Esurance, which is All State, which is the General, so don't sign up for any policies with those companies. They are terrible. Anyways, back to the good part. You wouldn't think you'd find comfort in an Auto Body shop, but that's exactly what we found. Comfort and Peace of Mind. I can't thank you guys enough. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

While these folks can handle almost any vehicle, Wizard is the go-to shop for Corvettes. The quality of work and level of service are excellent.

Had some body damage on my pickup from a parking garage column and the Wizard team did a great job. It took some time to have our quote adjusted and items shipped but Chris and his team took their time getting the job done right. The finish looks incredible.

Chris (in particular) and the rest of the guys at Wizard Auto have been awesome to work with on my M3. They are very knowledgeable and fun to talk 'shop'. Their focus is on insurance claims but they can work with you on whatever you need which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Wizard for your auto body and paint work in the Treasure Valley!

Great guys work at this shop, got the color on my cars body damn near exact. Worked with me the whole process trying to get the job done before my rental ran out and were kind the whole way. Would highly recommend.

Great work from great people, had my 2014 toyota tacoma in there, they do awesome work it looks better than brand new, very friendly easy to get ahold of and answering any questions you may have in a timely matter. They do great work and pay very close attention to every detail. Awsome job they all did.

I would like to give a huge thanks and much appreciation to Wizard Auto Specialties! Chris was very astute and prompt with his transparent communication. He was driven to inform me every couple of days on the status of my Audi A6. Upon intake of my vehicle, Chris was very thorough with outlining every single step of my auto repair process. I work in the HR/customer service arena and this has been the best customer service experience in years, by far. Furthermore, I was given an expected completion date that was under promised and over achieved. I was very pleased to hear that I would be receiving my vehicle back 3 days ahead of schedule. Finally, Chris was also able to complete some additional cosmetic body work at a fair price and he was very eager to go above and beyond with any request that I had. My car had a dent in the rear bumper that needed to be buffed out & painted. I took it to Wizard and couldn't be happier. You would never know there was a dent to begin with. The paint job was perfect and they cleaned the interior of my car once the job was complete. Not to mention that Wizard provided excellent customer service when I had questions!

We had an excellent experience using Wizard. My daughter was in an accident and I live out of state, so finding a place that I could trust to fix the car properly without hassles was important. She didn't have rental car coverage, so they did everything they could to finish the repairs promptly. Thank you Chris and Greg.

Hands down the most professional auto body shop in the Valley. Not only was the repair flawless, the staff is professional, explained everything, answered all my questions and my car was ready when promised.....And to my surprise....they detailed my car too!!!! I called for a insurance claim repair. They were two weeks out at the time. Scheduled a drop off day and repair was complete to my satisfaction by day four. Damage was to drivers side front bumper from someone backing up into my parked car. Communication about progress and time frame of completion was great. I would use again. They also cleaned my car

I only ask for two things when it comes to taking a car into either a body shop or mechanics shop that is communication and honesty. Both of which you will find here. Chris is excellent at letting you know what the plan is going into repairs and if anything comes up he will let you know and ask you if you want to proceed or not. You are not going to suddenly have a larger bill than expected because they decided to do something they "thought" you needed. I took my car in last Monday (12-21-2020) and he told me that it might take a little longer because of the holidays to which I completely understood. I did not expect to have it back within a week, and the car looks like it was never in a hit and run. If you need body work done support your local business in the time of COVID-19 and you won't regret the decision.
