The guys here are awesome they manage to do my exhaust manifold as well as my exhaust pipe for a damn good price as well as it took next the no time for them to do it I highly recommend and will be coming here again for any of my other repairs

I have had my scion worked on here. I had a part of my back bumper that got damaged. I didn't at first realize when I took it off the lot. I brought it back to them to take a look at the cameras. They took care of me. Everything is being fixed and taken care of. They also gave me a good price on the new muffler they just installed. Lifetime warranty with labor costs 👍👍

I'm gonna say it's a guy named gemel wright that claims to be a technician and lied and said that he put parts on my vehicle come to find out he lied and tried to finesse more money out of me for what came out to be a fuel pump that he said he put on my vehicle but he never did..I would not recommend anyone to get service done by him because what he does is lie and make your bill extremely high because hes not going thru the shop hes doing it himself without no warranties..u mess with him its at your own risk

I’ve been coming here for several years and Gemayel has been servicing my vehicle every time. He takes good care of my vehicle and treats it like it’s his own. I never feel overcharged or taken advantage of because I am a female. He is thorough and explains everything he does with pictures. He answers my stupid questions too. He makes sure I understand what is an immediate need and what can be put off for awhile. Very professional! He also takes care of my mom and daughter’s vehicle and they receive the same treatment. Very knowledgeable.

Stood around for someone to talk to for service at least 20 min..... was rudely ignored ..... soon as 2 company vans pulled up the customer service was so different.... right away someone came to tell them ; someone will be with you right away..... waited for about 5 more mins someone came out to speak to them i was totally ignored... just rude all the way around..... I basically had to speak up to say I was there first,which they knew.....only asked question because I stood there so long ..they basically lost a customer due to their action.... they lost a customer for being rude... and as I sat outside the same people who they rushed to.... drove away.... never visit this place ... being a customer doesn't really mean you get treated the same..... bad customer service in my book means bad work!!!!!

Don't go to this repair shop, their first come first serve is BS. They don't treat everyone fairly. They told the wait was going to be 20 to 30 mins. I was the 2nd car outside. I waited and waited after a few cars came after my car and got into the shop. I waited for 2.5 hrs so I just left. I was not informed on an updated time. I was not even acknowledged while sitting in the shop for thar long. Was not a pleasant visit.

I was referred here by Volkswagen and they did me a huge favor. Wi. Tire and Muffler has been reliable, honest, and fairly priced. I have been here 3 times for my project/beater car and they treat me well and get me on the road every time. I'll keep coming back and referring anyone else.

Brought in my in law's Saturn Outlook for replacing what we thought was a bad noisey muffler. Alex and team found out only the resonator was bad so saved us money. They finished it in one day, communication was clear, and once they finished I requested to see what they replaced so they lifted it up and showed me.

Horrible services went in for a wheel alignment and they ruined my steering column so I could return to them for a $800 job I would recommend if your a woman do not go alone they will sabotage your vehicle (SOUTHSIDE LOCATION)

One star is given because webmaster does not update their emissions that they do not do please do so so when people search they know that you do not do emission testing or come all the way there to find out

They should update their auto message when people call because it says for emission test press #1 and then it says call back and press #3 someone answers and when asked they do not do emissions testing. I went here about a year ago and been there many times before, its my usual location to do emissions testing not sure what happend

Great service and fast. I called and went in for them to check out my muffler basically 2 hours before they closed. They were able to find an issue that a previous shop made and got a muffler for my car and put it on before closing. My family has been coming here for all muffler related needs. Definitely would recommend!
