I had the pleasure of working with Cody at the Windshield Doctor, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The customer service here is absolutely top-notch – you can tell this company genuinely cares about its clients. From the warm, welcoming environment when you walk in to the meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire repair process, every step was exceptional. As a busy mom, I really appreciated the kind reminder about my appointment, which was such a helpful touch. And the windshield? Absolutely flawless. Cody and his team took their time to make sure everything was done to perfection, and the results are spectacular. I’m thrilled to have found such a reliable place – I won’t be going anywhere else in Jackson Hole for my windshield needs. Take my word for it: The Windshield Doctor is simply the best in town. This place is run by good people. Danny offered to put a temporary repair on our cracked windshield for free so the windshield can last till the end of our long road trip when we come back to do the replacement work. I almost had tear in mind eyes when he gave us this kind offer. The whole time he advised us and performed the service with a positive and helpful attitude. The best auto repair shop we’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Danny!

We were on a trip to the Grand Tetons and a rock hit out driver door window shuddering it at 430pm everywhere in Jackson hole was closing at 5 and we were 40 minutes out. We thought we were going to have to make something work from a store but these guys called and told us to swing by. We got there at 540pm and they put the proper plastic on the window and did a fantastic job. Even though it was after hours they took their time to make sure the covering was on proper. We are beyond happy with this experience and if we were going to be in the area longer would have definitely gotten the full repair done by them. Just goes to show there are good people who care out there.

After a construction truck kicked up a rock that took a chunk out of our windshield and against a time crunch before leaving JH for a cross-country road trip, Thomas was nothing but amazing in getting our windshield replacement coordinated with our insurance and his supplier. He was kind, incredibly responsive, and got us back on the road. We absolutely would recommend Thomas and Windshield Doctor JH! Thanks for taking such great care of our car and our fam!

I sent an email via the website, and within minutes I got a response. I was told to stop in and they would fix me up in about 30 minutes. I arrived, the nice gentleman at the desk took my name, claim number, referral number, went out to my car and took a pic of the vin, assessed the chip and then told me the car would be all set in 30 minutes. They moved my car near the shop, promptly began fixing my chip and within 15 minutes. The very nice chip fixer brought me my keys and said I was all set. No paperwork, no hassle, no wait, just fast, professional, amazing service! 2 thumbs up and definitely recommend these doctors! Thanks a million guys!!

We had a rock crack our windshield and shatter our sunroof. Thomas was able to get the sunroof replaced within a day of our call and the windshield replaced a few days after. Amazing fast and friendly service in this day and age of supply chain and workforce issues - I was stunned. Great experience - The Windshield Doctor will always be my first call for anything autoglass!

A very stressful cross country trip made significantly less stressful by the Windshield Doctor. We got into town knowing we had 2 dings in the windshield. After a quick glance, we were told we had 7 (2 from the trip, 5 from well before). He fixed all of them very promptly and got us back to enjoying our family vacation! Thanks!

Got a gnarly crack the size of a tennis ball on the way to Jackson. Didn’t have much time to get the window fixed let alone replaced. These guys were super responsive and squeezed us in and did great work.

Thomas is a pro and has quick turnaround with repairs. He is also a delightful human being. He's the only game in town as far as my little windshield is concerned. He can also buff out headlight glass to strengthen the power of headlights. It's amazing.

Windshield doctor saved the day! We were on a road trip headed to Jackson and a giant rock hit our windshield. He was able to fit us into our schedule and installed a really nice new windshield. I was excited to see that he even moved our parking sticker to the new windshield! He was even able to work with our insurance company. I highly recommend Windshield Doctor!!

After putting off replacing my windshield for 4 years, it was starting to look like a map of the Snake River. I have lane departure / "eyesight" technology in my car, so I thought it was going to be super complicated and expensive to replace. These guys worked with my insurance company, and I had a new windshield within just a few days of calling them... and it was way cheaper than I expected. Thanks so much!

Thomas came out to my house to repair a (I'm not joking) massive chip from two rocks that hit very close to one another while driving back to JH from Idaho.. Did a phenomenal job, never seen a chip this large filled in so well and I drive a Jeep Wrangler so its a very common thing I deal with a lot. Highly recommended!
