I meant to write a review a while ago. But I had my 2018 Mustang windows tinted here a little over a year ago. I was basically a walk-in, they were fast, courteous, and the price was fair.The results were perfect back then and to this day the tint job is perfect. I have since recommended others there and everyone was very pleased with the work,

I purchased an SUV and was recommended to this shop by the dealer. I am so thankful for that connection because WOW! These guys really took care of me. The ladies who took care of my experience were very kind and informative, as well as the manager. I felt very valued and taken care of. The tints that I got on my car have been a great decision and I would VERY much recommend this shop for anyone looking to ride in style. Thanks again guys!

My experience with Window Tinting A Plus has been amazing! I got my Tesla Model Y wrap complete paint protection, Matte finish & 3M crystalline window tinting all around, including my front windshield! It turned out so good! I never thought crystalline film would protect the way it does. It makes such a huge difference. The staff is extremely friendly, and Hector is very knowledgeable. Explained in depth all about the products and helped me pick the right shades. Customer service 10/10. Quality 10/10 . I’m a happy gal!

Got a ticket for dark windows and they had no way to gauge how dark is to dark ,other then saying no I don't think it's that dark ..If your going to run a business at least have the tools to calibrate the darkness in the windows..

I got a 2013 impala tinted here. They did the front two windows with ceramic for $200. On the first run, there were obvious wrinkles in the tint, seemingly some minor scratches, and they left the ignition and headlights on the entire time and ran the battery completely down and burnt out the ceiling lights. They then tell me the battery died because there is something wrong with it and that “the ceiling lights would have eventually went out anyway” (the battery is brand new btw) On the second run, there were tons of bubbles on the driver side and some also on the passenger side… I finally just got a refund and got it removed. They did however eventually replace the ceiling lights and offer a rebate for the inconvenience… Firstly, no one threatened or insulted anyone. The deal was made to redo my tents for an “accommodating” price. Hector decided to renege on that promise and ignore my calls, after which case, i left a bad review. Not only did you burn my battery out, which i had to buy a new one, you also burned out ly ceiling lights. You and your staff was unprofessional and literally damaged my vehicle. Royal Tinting located in Rancho Cordova did a much better job. No errors.

Not professional. damaged my vehicle. Made me a deal to RIGHT their WRONG and then broke the agreement. Highly not recommended. Not good customer service. At this point Hector is trying to save face. We had a deal and everything was OK. He then ignored my calls to remake the appointment so I wrote a bad review and now he saying we insulted him. Still doesnt change the fact that the window tinting had bubbles in it after they did it TWICE and they also ran down my battery and also burnt out the ceiling lights. Also if this was false i wouldnt have your PERSONAL number YOU GAVE ME to contact you about that appointment. Phone ending in 2576 Also think you arent thinking straight. Because first you claimed i wasnt a customer and now you’re saying “you fixed my problem and i was insulting” Its also interesting how he referred to us and “insulting customers” we were INDEED customers.

The folks at Window Tinting A Plus did a great job on my car. They took my car as a walk-in to remove old tint and retint the windows. I was warned that the work would take 3-4 hours, but instead it was done in 2. Outstanding! I noticed a couple of bubbles, and they immediately took the car back up and fixed the issues. Overall it was better than expected service, and super easy. My only complaint is that they seem very unwilling to provide estimates on wraps. I’d submitted a contact form online, to which I got no response, and when I picked up my car I asked again, leaving my number and particulars on the kind of work I wanted done. I was assured I’d hear back from the guy who does the wraps, but it’s been weeks and…nothing. That just seems strange, and kind of a drag. It doesn’t inspire confidence when a business can’t call you back to make a sale: what if I had a problem with the wrap or needed a repair?

Did a lazy job on the visor bar (it didn't line up with my civic's sensing unit. I ended up taking it somewhere else and getting it removed and getting the whole windshield redone.

I chose to cancel the tinting but they asked me $120 just to cancel. I think they are very high priced and not customer friendly. I am never ever going back nor recommending anyone to this place. I was taken there by my friend and I regret it. There are other cheaper options out there so do your research rather than falling for their very high price. This is the reply to the answer below. I went back after 10 minutes to conform the front tint but the guy at the front asked me that was not included and I had to pay $30 extra so I asked if I can cancel the whole tint . At first he said no charge but when he called his boss he came up with $120 cancellation fee which compelled me to do the tint despite not being satisfied. Check your records!! You guys are throwing traps to force people to take your service at much much higher rate than that is available out there. Never go here do your research there are other much cheaper and better options.

Dropped car off and came back two hours later and it was done. When looking for this place you can drive eight pass it so slow down you can pull into the building but this place has two levels and the work is done on the top level so you'll actually turn into the second entrance and drive up the ramp to the top level.

I called yesterday during business hours twice to inquire an appointment. The second time I agreed to a 9am appointment with the lady who picked up the phone. I arrived 20 min early. They don’t get here until 9:05 (two women) I went in and they were surprised I had an appointment at 9am. They were very short with me and basically said we can only see you when the manager gets in. Which I get... the person that does the tint is not here. But, if you made a spot for someone you should uphold it. Very unprofessional, I’ve come here all the time for all my cars and always told my friends to come here to get there car tinted. I won’t ever be coming back . I came all the way from Vallejo also manager...
