Incredibly unprofessional management and incompetent service technicians! I made an appointment a month in advance to get my trailer brake controller fixed on my f350. Was told it should be diagnosed within the hour. Came in at 9 o’clock as scheduled and got it checked in. 3 hrs later came back to see if it was done and they hadn’t even started yet. At that point they said they may or may not even get it in the shop that day. Later in the afternoon got a call and they informed me that all issues were resolved and I could come pick it up. Took it home and the trailer brakes still didn’t work, so I called them back immediately and asked to speak with the service technician that performed the work on my vehicle. He said that they had no way to check if the trailer brakes work or not. I was a bit surprised that a Ford dealership would not have the ability to fix an issue as simple as that. So I talked to the manager, Micheal Dotter, and asked for a refund since the repair had not been completed per request. He apologized for not fixing the problem but told me, since they had replaced a blown fuse while it was there, he saw no reason to refund the charge for the trailer brake repair. That still doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me, but, whatever. I took the truck to Kendall Ford of Eugene and they had the problems resolved in under 2 hrs.

The worst communication, they don't check their work, they don't give accurate pricing. My vehicle went in for warranty work, they had it a week. The next day after getting it back, the check engine light came on. Said it was nothing. There was a leak and a faulty water pump. They had since had it for another week and haven't even diagnosed it. Never once was I contacted by their staff. I had to contact them. The service was great when Jeff worked their about 3 years ago. It's gone down hill tremendously. I do not recommend them at all. After this vehicle, I will be going out to town to purchase my vehicles.

Well about a month to six weeks ago I called them looking for parts and they told me that I had three recalls open on my vehicle so I made the necessary appointment to take it in for them to do the recall work at at the time that I scheduled the recall work the young lady told me that she would see that the parts got ordered. Guess what they didn't get ordered so I'm out anywhere from 100 to $150 in income because I didn't have a vehicle to drive Uber.

Communicating with the Ford service department is a hassle. They don’t listen when you are trying to tell them what’s wrong, interrupting, and rude. The service center itself looks like a chop shop, no organization, cars everywhere. I was not given a specific time to bring my car in, just told to show up when they open, might have led to the bunches of cars at the service center for others who were told to just show up when they open. I was not informed that it would take 2 days to fix my car, brought it in for an oil change and some other maintenance and two recalls. Called at 5pm because I didn’t hear anything about my car, turns out they have had it all day and have only gotten to the oil change and other maintenance issues but not the recalls, so they need it for another day. I didn’t know it would take them 8 hours to do just an oil change. But this could be due to the lack of generally origination the service department has. Very big inconvenience for a student who live 40 minutes away as now I have to figure out how to get to my classes without a car for however long they decide to keep it.

terrible place to get a car , don’t bother making an appointment with them because you’ll schedule one , drive 2.5hrs away just for them to sell it before you get there…. and not call you and tell you beforehand , you’re a loser ….
