Phil and his team are true professionals who clearly know their way around vehicles, especially my manual VW CC. I did my research and read numerous reviews before deciding to bring my car here, and I’m glad I did. Their expertise and service are top-notch. That said, I believe the young man at the front desk/customer service might be better suited for a different role. I won’t go into detail, as I’ve already shared my thoughts with Mr. Phil, who handled the situation with understanding. Overall, I’m grateful for the service and will definitely return whenever I’m back in Tennessee. Thank you!

The service at Wilson Imports is top tier. I am confident and comfortable with the work that they do for my 2016 Land Rover Sport. They performed my oil change today and told me about an issue they saw after I had a concern about the coolant light. Resolution was quick and simple and affordable. Customer service is amazing. I recommend 10/10

I can’t thank Wilson Imports enough.They are honest and straightforward and at the same I listened to them deal there customer and how they were at ease has they talking to them about there cars. I can’t remember the young man’s name who discovered all the upgrades to my Audi s7 I didn’t no about after purchasing the Vehicle from out of town. He assured me it was done right even though that disqualified my endurance car care warranty. Which has nothing to do with them. It put my mind at ease to know the car is in great condition and what I thought I had had 420 HP now is about 520 to 550 HP lol basically I have Audi rs7 now 🏁 . I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants there car fixed correctly.

I took my wife's car to the local dealership to get an estimate and they estimated over $7,000 worth of work. After paying $250 at the dealership to just look at it, I called Wilson Imports to explain what was going on with the vehicle. Phil virtually assessed the car over the phone and asked me to bring it in. Though some other local shops were recommended to me, I was fully convinced I was going to use Wilson Imports after the customer experience I witnessed with Phil over the phone. The great customer service did not reside solely with Phil, but Spencer at the shop was also awesome. Beyond the exceptional customer service, I paid less than half of what the dealership attempted to charge and it was for ALL of the repairs! As long as we own a vehicle they specialize in, Wilson Imports has a customer for life. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE at a very reasonable, non-predatory price. Had I not discovered Wilson, I honestly would have ended my life-long relationship with VW, as I've been gouged, exploited and metaphorically kicked in the shins by every dealership and four other shops popular for dealing with 'German engineering' in Memphis over the years. Thanks for restoring my faith (and the performance of my car) without me feeling like I needed to file a police report, gentlemen. I'm coming back and telling all my vdub friends.

Paid 800 dollars because they said that my spark plugs and ignition coils needed replacing due to my check engine light coming on and off due to a misfire. After getting it fixed the check engine light came back on. Brought it back twice to get fixed, where the owner said if i had a problem to bring it back and it would get fixed at no charge. The first time they only cleared a code and the 2nd time they had my car for 2 days where they said the likely cause could be due to a carbon build up. They never fixed the problem and said they would have to charge me to fix the problem... check engine light came back on today. Won't be returning here.

This is my second time bringing my Range Rover to the shop for an oil change. The customer service is wonderful and the owner talks with you about your truck and make sure you understand all the details. I’m very impressed and Wilson is not trying to rip you off like another Range Rover repair shop I went to. I appreciate all the work and will most definitely come back.

This is the best shop there is ! They make you feel like family . I love the professionalism, the top notch work , and the transparency that they have . They sent me pictures to show me what needed to be fixed on my car, Mr. Phil called me and explained everything to me in a way that i could understand , they even called me back to let me know that my front axles needed to be replaced and it would be more cost efficient for me to go ahead and do it while they had them off . This saved me a lot of money. They do not use knock off parts either, which is important to me. The guy at the front desk Spencer is very nice and helpful and when i came to pick up my car today the mechanic that worked on my car (Phil # 2 ) came to the front and explained what all he had done. If you are looking for the best shop that will get you in quickly these are your people. I live over an hour away and i can tell you i will never take my car anywhere but Wilson Imports. Thank all of you at Wilson Imports for everything . I can not express enough how thankful i am .

Took my range rover sport down to get a diagnostic, thought i smelled oil burning. They were honest with me and said everything was in tip top shape. Definitely recommend going back to them
