Definitely comporable to the other main tire shop in Alton on Broadway as far as prices go .. but the other shop gave me a 30-day warranty on the tire I had gotten and it only lasted 33 days (3 days past the warranty period) the tire I got from Willie's to replace the one the other shop sold me seems to be in way better condition and no plugs or anything, way more tread. And Willie's gave my grandpa a discount because he is a Veteran. So I was more than happy with the prices. Only reason I gave 4☆'s instead of 5 ☆'s is because was wishy-washy, kind of back and forth with the niceness and a few people did wind up getting serviced before my grandpa and myself, even though we were there before them, and we were told that they went in order as to who got there first.. but in the end I was more than happy with the condition and price of the tire. Will keep the review updated if I am able to make the tire last more than 3 days past the warranty period! :)

I 100% take every single car/truck tire need I encounter , to Willy’s tire shop without question anymore. If they can’t deal with something I have , they know where I should go to. (Like a commercial vehicle or whatever). Great people , honest and smart.

Would recommend this place over cheapies any day, owner of cheapies is super nice guy but the lady he has working the front desk sucks. Tried Willies out and even though it took awhile to get the tires on the staff was super kool and price was great

There's absolutely no reason for me to give Willie's any less than 5. From the price to the services offered to the service(s) I personally got, everything was done right, and everything was done at a SUPER affordable rate! (Rob was my mechanic and he was awesome, awesome WELDER as well!!)

This used to be my go-to place for tires. I called ahead of time and ordered the tires just like normal. Showed up to get them put on and there was a line waiting. I thought no big deal they used to be very quick. It took all damn day to get 4 tires put on. Even once they actually got started on my truck. The guy was running around doing everything else but working on our tires. I even seen him take care of another customer that came in after us. I was completely blown away by that. The lady running the desk and moving the cars into position was rude and no pleasure to deal with at all. Probably my last trip here.

Called up there at five granite it’s an hour before they close, but the phone call was answered with an attitude, and I was immediately told they was taking no more people for the day. I tried asking if there was any places around and I was given a Hateful toned answer back

I went to Willie’s this evening to get my wheels swapped over it was about 2 hours to close they didn’t get to my car until 5pm and Charles came up and without hesitation switched my wheels out got me out of there super fast 10/10 you’ve definitely earned my future business they were careful with my old and new wheels such a wonderful business

They where sooooooooo rude with the nastiest attitude and I mean nasty they close at 6 just like cheapies I had a major flat and ran to them first at 5:38 my car barley was driveable they where yelling at me saying whey finna close soon they not taking nomore person everybody was rube I went right down to cheapies who close the same time as them with a line who took me with no Promblem GOD BLESS ppl with good hearts ‘cause Willie’s was very rude and believe everything you hear bad about them EVERYTHING

Went to get my tire patched and they did a great job! And the were cheap!. And I had to wait a little bit but it was worth it. Keep the good job

Customer Service is horrible. Waited over 3 hours and still haven't been serviced. You may want to get a grip on running an actually business. Seems to be slow workers not enough organization. Almost easier to buy a brand new tire at Walmart

Was told they take the last car at 5 and I got there at 4. Needing a tire just patched. Was turnt away. Cheapies had way more cars in line and got me taken care of.

Willie's has kept me, my family and friends in tires for so long (25+ YEARS), I wouldn't go or recommend anywhere else. New and used, they are the BEST!

You do not want to go to Willie's to buy a tire if you do buy a tire you need to check the date on the tire this man is real good at selling you not usable over 10 year old tires he also will not put the wheel caps back on your wheels after he changes your tires off and when you asked about your wheel caps you play stupid but maybe he's not really playing this shop was around a lot better and had a lot more business before this man took over
