If you’re a woman take a man with you. And if you don’t, make sure you keep your receipt. WHEN they sell you a bs tire, they won’t even accept your proof of transaction with the date, amount, and name of the shop on it. It’s only been 2 weeks and I have had to put air in my tire 4 times. The owner was very rude and dismissive.

Efficient and great quality. They got some new tires on closeout and were able to give me 2 new tires for ~$200 total and they taught me how to tell when tires will/won't pass inspection. Will be coming here again!

A huge bolt lodged in my tire when the car was filled with kids and groceries. We had an important appointment, and I was unsure what to do until I recalled my friend's excellent experience with Williamsburg Road Tire when she was in a similar situation. I didn't even need to take the kids out of the car: a guy walked over as soon as I parked, got right to work, and in 15 minutes I had two tires plugged for $25 total. Very quick, friendly, and affordable.

Made me pick out the tires I wanted. Then install completely different ones. Why even make me pick them out. They just want to trick customers. Bad business.

Owner is a jerk, openly talks about his customers while standing next to them. It's a shame when a company you've gone to for ten plus years goes downhill. Just sell it and retire if you hate people so much

My daughter went there today June 6, 2023 at 8:20 am. She was told 35 if she pay cash. 45 if she uses a card + $5 for balance. She was using a card. The sign says 1.00 for using g a card. I have purchased tires there never charged 10.00 to use my card. They took advantage. I told her put me on the speaker the man wld not address me . My daughter said he just stood there. I have several receipts of my own from them. And there is no 10 fee to use your card. It's 1.00. I will never buy a tire from them crooks again.The signs say $1 for card and $3 for balance.

Went for a flat tire twice. Each time I was lucky and it was fixable. They fixed my tire each time correctly and promptly. The price is fair too.

I purchased a tire that was defective because air was leaking from the tire around the tire stem. I was not aware of the specific defect except to recognize that the tire was constantly going flat. When I called the shop the person answering the phone insisted it was my sensor. However, my husband pushed down on the tire stem and air gushed from the tire. I was told it was my sensor How ignorant of a response when air can be heard coming from the tire. I know the sale used tires but I did not expect such a defective tire. Person answering the phone did not want to hear what I said. I'll NEVER GO BACK. Would not recommend that place to ANYONE, EVER.

Tire light was on and I didn't know which tire was low and the employee was very kind and respectful explaining the problem of weather change causing the light to come on. He balanced pressure in all 4 tires. Thank you a senior citizen with severe back problems.
