This is the only place that will actually make it work. Im always on the last day for state inspection and i had asked around the closer shops to me and they all had some type of waiting line at opening hours. Then i call here and bang! they always do the service. I might have to wait but the car get serviced. Thank you for the great business and the great customers service.

I have brought my Toyota 4Runner to Williams Auto Service twice now, and I highly recommend this shop to friends, family, and strangers alike. Anyone who works on cars will tell you there is a big difference between a mechanic and a technician, and I have had many shops that simply throw parts at the issue instead of diagnosing and addressing the root cause. The folks at Williams Auto do things the right way, and their transparent communication with their customers is what sets them apart.

Good service. Tech took a video of the issue as part of the diagnostic. And when I was running late to pick my vehicle they worked with me so that I could pick it up after closing time.

The team at Williams Auto was fantastic! Car trouble is always incredibly stressful, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Though they were already booked for the day and could have turned me away, they took the time to check out my car, fix an unusual issue and ensure it was safe for me to drive. Everyone there was kind, courteous and seemed to genuinely care. I’ll be taking my car back to Williams for all future needs.

Tonya was just the sweetest when I called a few times with questions that someone could be annoyed with yet she was excellent!! The crew of mechanics were also very nice and seem to be happy with their job. Matt, Austin, Justin 🔧🫶 Twas lovely I get stressed usually when dealing with car stuff yet was very chill. They exceeded my expectations by doing my state inspection right away even tho I had prepared to leave over night. Thanks yall!!!!💯 💫🏁

I got my inspection done and it was quick and easy. It’s a first come first served basis, so I was first in line when they opened and got out within half an hour. Front desk was really nice too. I’ll definitely be back.

I won’t go anywhere else. I feel like I can actually trust this shop. Overall it feels like a well run place. I love that they have an online portal that shows all the work that needs to be done with a price breakdown of everything. It makes it really easy to keep track of the work done previously and the work that still needs to be done.
