I've been using these guys for years. Great team. Knowlegable, courteous, and competent. I am sad now though. I am moving to another city and they are not in that new place. If they were, I would definitely continue using them.

Never heard of these guys but looks like they're pretty big. They put a spare tire on one of my customer's cars for free just because she happened to be close to them when her tire went flat. Just nice to see people doing good deeds without asking for recompense sometimes.

Thank you so much for helping out a "damsel in distress." I live right next door, and noticed the flat tire as I wanted to to head out to work today. My son was out of reach and I didn't know what to do. The Wilhelm Automotive Manager right next door was so kind. They put on the spare tire, so I could drive it safely to discount tire down the road. Such wonderful people. They turned my day around.

I came to Wilhelm after originally going to another shop and getting overpriced for the issue with my car. At the time, I had no idea that I was being overpriced. The guys at Wilhelm immediately showed me possible issues I could be having with my car and gave me two possible invoices that were all significantly less than the original shop that ripped me off. They were able to get the work done in a day and a half, found two issues with my car (one that the previous shop did not even find) and it was less than my original quote. As a young woman that is used to being overlooked at car shops because I lack the knowledge, Wilhelm took care of me and made it clear that they were being honest and transparent through the whole process. Best car shop that I have ever been to!

Only had an oil change and tire rotation done, though Wilhelm also did a vehicle check and pointed out some items that might need repair. All is good for present and the work done efficiently.

These guys took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and were extremely helpful in helping me to learn what work my vehicle needed and what could be held off on. They also had me in and out in one day, even with added needs! super grateful for the experience and to have a company I can trust for all my future auto needs.

I had no idea what was wrong with my car, but after a thorough inspection late Saturday, they found the issue was the coils. Even though they couldn’t fix it that day, they got it done first thing Monday morning at a great price. Eric was fantastic—helpful and professional. Highly recommend this shop for their honest and reliable service!

Off the bat I was greeted with kindness and a smile that made me feel comfortable already. As a girl it can be intimidating going in for car repairs. Upon diagnosing the issue they sat down and explained to me in simple terms with pictures and videos what the issue was. No place has done that before and it made me feel confident they knew what they were doing and not trying to take advantage of me. They even offered to get me an uber home after delivering the bad news about my car! Quick turn around time as well. 10/10 recommend!

I was very impressed. Cherry and Luke acted like businesses used to, like I was their priority. They treated me like a long time customer even though it was my first time. Treated my issue as though it was as important to them as to me. Fit me in although they were very busy, just saying it might take a few hours so Cherry shuttled me home in a Prius to wait (Yes they work on Hybrids). Job was done in a couple hours and they came and picked me up. They checked my car over thoroughly. Luke wrote up a list of maintaiinence I need to get done over time, with an estimate for each and went over them with me to prioritize the needs. I lost the repair shop I had used for years and my car and I were looking for a home. I think we found it here. Price was very fair and itemized, very professional. Reward program is a plus and very nice.

The shop on 52nd and Thomas has served my family very well for over four years now. Our oldish cars (7 and 10 year old Hondas) are still running strong.

First of all, I'd like to thank Eric for his service to our country and any other Wilhelm former USA Service member. Thank you! Eric and Chris are integral parts to the success of Wilhelm Automotive. They keep their clients informed, up to date on their service requests, while educating during the entire process. No vehicle will leave Wilhelm Automotive that's not in good working condition. Their technicians are qualified experienced mechanics that deal with autos from many decades ago to the present, such is my case. Safety is their priority. If you are looking for a good competent and honest auto repair shop, Wilhelm Automotive is your best bet! I highly recommend them for all you auto service needs. I will go nowhere else!

The staff at Wilhelm Automotive are very friendly & professional. I was treated friendly, advised of the process and informed of the diagnosis with photos. The repair was done and I was provided with a complete documented safety report. I’m not a big fan of auto shop’s & mechanics but Wilhelm automotive took my repair person and walked me through the process. You would be foolish to go elsewhere…

Dont bring your “nice car here” apparently they will stab the seats and then say there is nothing they can do about it? No apologies, no reimbursement, no help. Beware of service and lack there of.

Don’t bring your “nice car” here. They will not be careful with your interior and will not replace or fix the damages they cause. BEWARE! They have refused to take accountability. You’ll be hearing from the Better Business Bureau. Please look elsewhere for your auto motive needs.

I took my 2008 Porsche Cayman in for an oil change and I will be bringing in my other car (2006 Hummer H3). They are A+++ and if you have a car you love, that you don't want to part with, I would recommend bringing yours in here.

They wanted to charge me almost 200$ just to look under the hood for 5 minutes... They said: "We don't have time to even look at your car for the next 3 days, nor will anyone else. You can go to big o tires and see what they say." Went to big o tires right after that, and they immediately helped me out without charging me a dollar... interesting...

When I walked into this place, I thought I walked onto a scene of Punked. The service they provide here is an absolute joke. I’d rather pay a stranger to work on my car. Thanks guys, I guess I’ll take my car to a dealer to get it fixed this time.
